Happy Reader Question Thursday! I have a few already in the queue!!! Maybe you guys can help me with this one? So far we have quite a few guesses from our Facebook crew (each one, a different book!! π ), but no confirmation yet. Anyone else wanna venture a guess?
“Maryse, a few years ago I read, what I believed to be the first novel in a series, about a young girl in the US and her friendship with a guy (I think was British but not a definite).
She was younger than him but they were friends and he was in a band that was beginning to become popular.
The book ended with I think them declaring their love BUT he had to leave to go on tour. Help?
I can’t remember the name and this could have been as far back as 2011/12.
If you, or one of your fantastic followers had any idea I would really appreciate it. Cheers Sarah”
CΓ©zanne: This sounds so familiar.
Nancy: You got a few details mixed up, but it isΒ Thoughtless.
Rita:Β The Mighty Storm (The Storm series Book 1)
Robyn: I think I got it….The Access Series by Alice Severin!
Clare: Is it K L Shandwick Everything Trilogy?
Kim:Β This sounds like Carla Kraeβs My Once and Future LoveΒ series. It came out in 2012 under a different name. The girl loves in US and grew up with British boy but he moved back to England. He was in a band when she went to visit him. The friendship evolves over the series.
It definitely sounds like Mighty Storm. π
