FMC discovers she’s a queen of a race of former moon people.
The queens have harems of men for protection and followers. They, the queens, draw power from moon then share with followers and their protective harem. Most of the queens treat their followers and harems horribly.
Since she’s a newly discovered queen she is different and the series is her learning about her powers and gathering her harem and lands. Fighting other queens. The men go crazy or die without a queen to share moon energy SPOILERS ahead so, she gets taken by a group of men without a queen at one point.

Later in series she meets a demon vampire and gets sucked into the hell for humans by a queen she killed. She finds out later she should be in another level of hell for her species.
