Katie needs our book help! Oh this one sounds heartbreaking!!! It almost sounds like it could be an Aly Martinez book… she does the goooooood angst.
She asks:
Okay I need help finding a book my sister and I read years ago but can’t remember the name and have never found it since!!
Girl and guy fall in love in high school, they get pregnant but get in a car crash lose baby and her ability to have kids.
She moves away after and in with her parent far away, she then meets a man at the airport who she marries and he turns out to be abusive.
Years later she moved back and runs into her high school love, they end up having an affair but then he finds out his one time fling is pregnant. I believe the high school boyfriend is a doctor or a construction worker..

The girls jerk husband finds her tries to kill her then boyfriend saves her. The fling has the baby but abandons him so the high school sweethearts are back together and raise it.
I believe the girls name is Elizabeth and they named the baby that dies Eva or something like that… I also believe there is a Stephanie who is the reason the girlfriend runs away to the other parents after the crash.
Someone else has to know this book!! We’ve been searching for years
