BREAKING NEWS UPDATE!!! Book #3 in this series just went live on Amazon (see the direct link below), and I’m reading this one, next!! In fact, some of our fellow readers are in shock that I haven’t gotten to these yet. GAH! I’m thinking I’ve been missing something BIG! Consider this my “Currently Reading” post. 😉
Sharon: These books are great! Started with reading book 1 yesterday, and now I’m starting book three. I blame Ryder for it Amazing books!
Maryse’s Book Blog: YAY!!! This is good to hear! Is Ryder the love interest?
Sharon: Yes! At first I hated him…but that changed really fast! À must read!
Maryse’s Book Blog: Oh I love hating the guy!!! YAY!!!
Tricia: reading it now and cant put it down….Love this series.
Julie: Ahhhh. OMG! If i had to physically run to the kindle store i would do it right now. Soooo excited! Thanx for heads up. Your the best!

Maryse’s Book Blog: Okay Polly!!! LOL So guys, guess what I’m starting next? 😉
Okay, so I haven’t been reading *much* paranormal these days (although I still do… I’m just stuck on my MMA fighters and bad-guy-bikers right now) BUT!!!! Book #1 in this series is HIGH on my TBR list due to some adamant recommendations. Now I admit, I was sort of on the fence ’cause of the covers and the synopsis (nothing really jumped out at me)… Although wait a minute. How did I miss THIS part of the synopsis. I think I stopped at “killing witches and fae” but THIS should have grabbed me for sure!
“… the Prince of the Dark Fae is bound and determined that I work for him. He’s a rude, overbearing egotistical ass with a compulsive need to possess, dominate and control me.”
Hehe. Yeah, I think I’m missing out. 😉 And after these recommendations, that cinches it! I am SO IN!
Michelle: Has anyone else read FIGHTING DESTINY (The Fae Chronicles)? If you are in the mood for some paranormal, it’s a great read. Loved it! … Definitely NOT YA
Susan: loved it can hardly wait for book 2
Michelle: Oh Yay! The Fae Chronicles made your list. Couldn’t get enough of that “f***-ing fairy” Fae Prince & his feisty little “witchy witch”. So wicked. You know, sometimes I need a good escape from all the real world billionaires, bikers, professors, rock stars, etc & just need a good Alpha Fae Prince. Totally satisfied…
Donna: Just finished Fighting Destiny (The Fae Chronicles) by Amelia Hutchins and I have to agree with Michelle and Susan if you are in the mood for paranormal romance this one is a keeper! 🙂
Rhonda: I need ur help with a release date please. It is Amelia Hutchins second book Taunting Destiny. I cant find a solid date so if u have any info i would appreciate it.
sidenote: You’re in luck, Rhonda. It has JUST been released!! See below.
About book #1:
Have you ever heard of the old Celtic legends of the Fae – beautiful, magical, deadly and a love of messing with humans just for kicks and giggles? Welcome to my world.
What started out as a strange assignment, leads to one of the most gruesome murder mysteries of our times and my friends and I are set and determined to find out who is killing off Fae and Witches alike.
Couple of problems in the way – I hate the Fae and the Prince of the Dark Fae is bound and determined that I work for him. He’s a rude, overbearing egotistical ass with a compulsive need to possess, dominate and control me. Oh – did I mention that he is absolutely sex-on-a-stick gorgeous and he makes me feel things that I never ever wanted to feel for a Fae…every time he touches me or looks at me with those golden eyes seems to pull me further in under his spell, despite my better judgment.
My friends and I can’t trust anyone and nothing is as it seems on the surface – not even me.
