Bobbi: So I finished Welcome to Sugartown tonight … I honestly can’t say why but I started this book thinking it was going to be a light read … and it certainly started out that way … but I have to warn anyone considering reading this book that it is absolutely NOT a light read in any way shape or form. Not at all. I actually began to feel physically uncomfortable at times because the lightness of the narration throughout the book in contrast to the events that actually happened… Good read, so I would recommend it, but definitely not what I was expecting…

Maryse — I *love* these books. The first one especially. It starts out as this sweet, quirky, funny story and then BOOM! Sucker punch right to the gut. Love, love, love it. I’ve already reread it several times. You need to read these!!
