BIKER SERIES ALERT! Some of our fellow MC-romance lovers have also enjoyed this author, and book #3 is coming out in just a few days!!
Kandace:Β I readΒ Cat Porter’s newest book Iron and Bone and a loved it. I don’t know what it is about her words but she’s able to weave us a story full of hot alpha men with lots feels, mystery, suspense mixed with lots of chemistry. This is an MC book and is written as a standalone. I do think you’ll appreciate the characters more if you read Lock and Key first.
Georgia:Β Cat Porter is also quite good. Enjoyable characters and storylines…
Chelsea:Β I love, love MC books (especially Kristen Ashley, Madeline Sheehan, and my new fave, Cat Porter).
Danette: Words cannot express how much I have loved these books. The blurb for Book 1 was just too good to be believed and I was afraid the story wouldnβt measure up to the blurb. I canβt tell you how glad I was to be wrong. It was this intriguing, deeply layered complex story with engaging characters I adored and rooted for. I already knew I loved Dig from Book 1 so when Rare came out I pounced on it. Oh. My. Stars. I fell so hard and completely. Dig. Oh, Dig. I love you so, so very much. I fell into that story and just languished there. I was just lost in the story. And that Epilogueβ¦ there are no words to express how beautiful. I wept. Wept with the sheer beauty and symmetry.
About book #1:
I suppose some of us have to get really dirty before we can become truly clean.
I was allegedly South Dakota’s most famous Old Lady. Β Sixteen years ago I had survived my Old Manβs murder.
Never again.Β Never again will I surrender my heart.Β Never again will I sacrifice to the Club.
But that all changed in one night.
I came home and crashed into him,Β and my past and present blew up in my face. Both of us lonely, running on empty, and unwilling to admit it.Β Until now.Β Now I feel things I’d forgotten about, want things I’d cut out of my insides.
Love not only stings when you lose it, when itβs ripped away,Β When it first sinks its teeth into you, it can cut just as raw and sting just as deep.Β I’d forgotten that.
Who holds the keys to betrayal? To suspicion? To trust?Β To brotherhood? To family?Β To redemption and a bleeding heart?Β Right now, I just might.
