BREAKING NEWS UPDATE!! BOOK #7 Caution to the Wind: An Age Gap MC Romance JUST. WENT. LIVE!!
“...an age gap, second chance love story about a rebel soul and her best friend’s dad who wants absolutely nothing to do with her…”
FORBIDDEN LOVE/BIKER SERIES ALERT!!!! <— EXTRA EXCLAMATION MARKS ’cause…
….okay. My book-buds are LOSING IT over this series, just the way I like to lose it. Forbiddeny… risqué, apparently it goes there. 😉
Where? Heck I dunno, I haven’t read it yet, but the way my friends are loving it, I know I’m there!!!
Nay: My favorite book for May was definitely Lessons In Corruption (The Fallen Men Series Book 1), the first book in Giana Darling’s biker series….It’s a great forbidden, teacher/student storyline with a very mature 18 y.o. male student whose family is involved in an MC. The alpha writing reminds me of KA A LOT and in a great way (usually when I get ‘like KA’ recs, they don’t much remind me of KA.)
…Usually when I read that about a book, I don’t get the KA vibe at all, but I definitely do with these! Although I don’t want to take anything away from Giana Darling–she’s a great writer in her own right and her writing is definitely different. …At this point, I’m hoping she’ll write a book about every member of the Fallen MC!
MichelleS: NAY!! OMG! That was the series I was telling you about that reminded me of KA. I had it wrong. … So glad you posted this.
Leslie M: I read some reviews for Lessons in Corruption and its sounds deliciously forbidden.
Kim: OMG!!! I read both in this series and they’re AWESOME
Nay: Lessons in Corruption. It IS deliciously forbidden if you like young man/a bit older woman and teacher/student (that’s all in the blurb). I’m talking about the 2nd book.
If you were one of the people who was disturbed by the Dani/Ryodan dynamic in Iced, I’m pretty sure may not want to read the 2nd book. Or you should at least read some of the 1-star reviews where people mention why the age thing bothered them. (I’m no prude and I’m the last person to expect a biker book to be tame, but I’ve had to overlook a couple of things the hero says, telling myself that the writer may not have stated what she actually wanted to convey in the best possible way.)
That being said, I’m still LOVING it, because I love taboo and I’m thinking about a Zeus in *my* world! lol
MichelleS: Nay – I must be warped. Loved Dani-Ryodan, and Sheehan’s Undeniable… and loved book two in Fallen Men series. Not in real life. No way. But I like forbidden themes, so it was all good for me.
Victoria: I love this book series!
Kandace: I’m reading this right now. I’ve been screaming at everyone to read it. …did you like Kristen Ashley’s MC series? This book reminds me of the series.
Fiona: …great reads, gritty and raw especially the Inked in Lies by Giana Darling; must admit I shed a few tears, in this the Fallen MC Book 5.
About book #1: <— SHORT & SWEET BLURB!! YOU GOT ME!!!!!
He was eighteen.
The heir to a notorious, criminal MC.
And my student.
There was no way I could get involved.
No way I could stay involved.
Then, no way I could get out alive.

Ooh I’m reading number 2 at the moment (didn’t realise there was a number 1 lol) and it’s SO GOOD.
Loved, loved, loved this series. I read book 2 first after reading so many positive suggestions/reviews on different book groups and fell in love with Zeus which was such a great book. Then went back and read book 1, even though not on the same level as Zeus it was still a good book. Can’t wait for book 3 with Zeus’s daughter. Also, first time reading this author.
I’m surprised by how many people skipped book 1 and went back to it. But I guess that just shows how much they’re enjoying the series. I loved book #1 and am almost finished with #2. Love the writing!
