Paranormal series that seems to have a bit of everything. And while the synopsis leaves me a bit… befuddled (I haven’t read ’em yet), these recommendations make these seem like my kinda read! And this part is what “sold” it for me:

Shannon: I needed a “palate cleanser” this weekend so I decided to dive into the Pierced Series by J.C. Mells and LOVED IT!!! Wow, the characters are so wonderfully written and I just cannot wait to see where in the heck this all goes. Vampires, Sorcerers, Werewolves…Oh My! Book 1 is Pierced and Book 2 is Pinked and then there is Book 1.5 Escaped. Book 2 does not end on a cliffhanger, you just know that more is coming. I gave both books 5 stars and I cannot wait to read more of this series. … The second book is more expensive, but once you reach the end of the first book you just HAVE to read it!!
Donna: I just finished Pierced by J.C. Mells and it was very good however there are some really dark parts (and not the good kind). If that does not turn you away I highly recommend this book. … WOW Great read

Ok first I just want to say I love your blog. I find your recommendations to be pretty much spot on for me. But I was wondering do you know when the next book is going to be released. I read this from a recommendation from you earlier in the year. I would never have read this without a shout out from you…… no surprise I loved all three books and hope the next one will be released soon. Thanks for all of your hard work, although you make it very hard to keep any kind of budget for spending on books. You rock sister!
I haven’t read these yet, but Ms. Mells is actually the author who introduced me to this blog. I definitely plan to read this series. The synopsis is intriguing.
I LOVED the Pierced series and am anxiously awaiting book #3. In the meantime, while i’m waiting, are there any other books or series out there like this that you can recommend?
