in Reading Order Guide:

<— Sports star romance book lovers!!! Here’s a much loved “football” star series and book #3 was just released today! P.S. This author is one half of the author duo, “Erin Watt” (from one of our favorite angsty-bully books, “Paper Princess“!!!)

Lauren: I just read a FAN-FREAKIN-TASTIC book by Jen Frederick called Sacked:A Novel (A Gridiron Novel Book 1). It’s like Elle Kennedy’s & Kristen Callahan’s books….in fact, she thanks both authors in the acknowledgments portion of the book. I loved it! You HAVE to read it!

Cristina: I jumped to Sacked by Jen Frederick and yet another really great read! …a beautiful love story. Had me laughing out loud a few times too! I believe someone else on here had recommended that a short time ago? Thanks! :-)

Shelly: I loved Sacked by Jen Frederick, too

Cheryl: Jockblocked- started it yesterday… It’s really good and I’m enjoying the slow-burn relationship; she doesn’t date athletes and turns him down several times and he’s usually a player and not at all interested in dating. Told in both their amusing POV’S.

About book #1:

What he wants he gets…

Knox Masters is a quarterback’s worst nightmare. Warrior. Champion. And…virgin. Knox knows what he wants–and he gets it. All American Football player? Check. NFL pros scouting him? Check. Now, he’s set his sight on two things. The national title. And Ellie Campbell. Sure, she’s the sister of his fellow teammate, but that’s not going to stop him. Especially not when he’s convinced Ellie is the one.

…but he’s never met her before.

But Ellie isn’t as sure. She’s trying to start a new life and she’s not interested in a relationship…with anyone. Beside it’s not just her cardinal rule of never dating her brother’s teammates that keeps her away, but Ellie has a dark secret that would jeopardize everything Knox is pursuing.

Knox has no intention of losing. Ellie has no intention of giving in.
