Highly recommended by fellow reader, Susan:
“…great romance, excitement and danger. I would recommend these books to vampire/werewolf readers. LOVED them didn’t want them to end.”
About the series:
A rare hybrid of vampire and werewolf, Riley Jenson and her twin brother, Rhoan, work for Melbourneβs Directorate of Other Races, an organization created to police the supernatural racesβand protect humans from their depredations. While Rhoan is an exalted guardian, a.k.a. assassin, Riley is merely an office workerβuntil her brother goes missing on one of his missions. The timing couldnβt be worse. More werewolf than vampire, Riley is vulnerable to the moon heat, the weeklong period before the full moon, when her need to mate becomes all-consuming.β¦
Luckily Riley has two willing partners to satisfy her every need. But she will have to control her urges if sheβs going to find her brotherβ¦.Easier said than done as the city pulses with frenzied desire, and Riley is confronted with a very powerfulβand delectably nakedβvamp who raises her temperature like never before.
In matters carnal, Riley has met her match. But in matters criminal, she must follow her instincts not only to find her brother but to stop an unholy harvest. For someone is doing some shifty cloning in an attempt to produce the ultimate warriorβby tapping into the genome of nonhumans like Rhoan. Now Riley knows just how dangerous the world is for her kindβand just how much it needs her.

I am reading Riley Jenson Guardian Series and can not find 2 of the books in hard cover, Deadly Desire and Bound to Shadows, were they only printed in paper back?
I am on book 7 of the Riley Jensen series. I have to admit since Laura Adrian(Midnight Breed Series) I was a little worried I could never like another series as much. All I can say is WOW, I love this series. I read the first 2 books in one night. I was hooked
Whoa – I’ve never done that yet! Must be really good, and now you have me wanting to read them π
Do you know when she’s planning on continuing this series? I read these books a while ago and have been waiting forever!
She is going to do a spin off series with d’s little girl but Riley and quin are pretty much done.
Thanks Melanie for that tidbit π
No i want her to continue this series so despratley. it was soo good!!
have u read the mercy thompson series?? It’s really good!!!
no is it the same concept??
I read all the comments and mine is: I loved the whole series, not as hard core as Antia Blake but great romance, exictement and danger. I would recommend these books to vampire/werewolf readers. LOVED them didn’t want them to end. Also loved that Keri Arthur lives DOWN Under, Not the usual New Orleans settings. Not sure why she isn’t on anyone’s best 10 list. So start reading them and let’s get her up there! thanks π
The Riley Jensen series is one of my favorites. I was surely sad to see it end….But am looking foreward to reading the new series by her!!
This was one of my favorite series, very sad it ended. π
Getting ready to start her next series, yay!
what is the name of book10 in the riley jenson guardian series?
As far as I know there are only 9 books in the series. I have just verified on the author’s website.
I hope this helps! π
I loved the series and hated to see it end. The story arc is amazing over the 9 or 10 books. The characters really do change in believable ways. I think Quinn is the sexiest male character since early Jean Claude in the Anita Blake series..The author also manages some very hot and unique encounters between the characters. I felt a real loss when the series ended, even though. she ended it well, but you knew it was well and truly over. She has the Riley and Quinn characters make some appearances in her next series, but its disappointing if you liked the original.
One of my most favourite series ever. Lucky enough to meet her at a book signing in Melbourne a couple of years ago. So down to earth :). Quin one of my fave leading men. Sad it has ended, just now finished reading Moon Sworn.
I just got done reading the Riley Jensen series and couple honestly love for there to be a book after Moon sworn that continues the story didn’t think it ended the series great
