Hey!! Calling all my original indie-book-rock-star addicts! Remember this one from back in 2012?!!! I remember that a bunch of our crew, back then, were loving it. For some reason I didn’t review it? But I did find it in my “reading progress” as 3.5 stars, and it looks like the author has since released a follow up novella (I posted it below)…

A new book in the series was JUST RELEASED today. I saw it listed and I was all… hey! That author sounds familiar. But the cover of book #1 didn’t “tell me” anything, until I scrolled and found the old cover in one of my old posts! I was all… “OMG I remember this one!!” So consider this my “TBT” post. What a memory it is!!
In fact, here’s a fun conversation from 3 years ago (P.S. and sure enough, her “Jackson” came to fruition, today). I love these sneak-peeks into the future (from our past). 😀
Tina: I’m reading Falling Stars by Sadie Grubor. Love, love, love, that both Hero and Heroin are rock stars.
Shannon: I recently finished Fallin Stars by Sadie Grubor and really enjoyed it – the ending was a bit anti-climatic, but I still enjoyed it – cried, laughed, raged.
Sadie: Stellar Evolution (the follow up novella for Falling Stars) … For those interested.
Kristen: @Sadie- I just downloaded it, I didn’t realize you were doing a novella.
Sadie: @Kirsten – It wasn’t initially planned. However, it felt like there was some needed closure for some of the loose ends. And a new story – around Jackson – has developed. So, I’m currently working on Jackson’s own book surrounding him. It wasn’t planned either, but I simply do as the characters tell me.

Dawn: I just finished Falling Stars because you said it would be your next read I thought it must be a good one! You didn’t disappoint it was fantastic and I would love there to be a second book now.
Marie: I loved Jackson and Liza’s story, I fell in love with them so fast. It was worth the wait. Sadie out done herself .i can not wait for the next book ♡

For awhile I didn’t think Jackson was every going to find his voice, but then he just took over and wouldn’t release me. Now, I’m happy to report that I am working on another novella for this series which will bring us back to Chris & Mia and perhaps a special moment some have been waiting for. As well as two more books planned for this series. 🙂
