in Reading Order Guide:

Sexy-super-alpha-cop-romance-book alert!! Book #1 totally did it for me (see my review), and since I’m all in love with Derek right now, I intend to continue the series within the next day or so. I can’t wait to get back to these mega-alphas! So in the meantime, I put up the reading order guide (for my use, and yours too, if you wanna read along with me).

Plus! I’m right on time, ’cause I just found out about another release in the series that’s coming (September 23rd) that I’m very excited about, so I’ll add that one in, too!

And just look at how much we’re having with Derek (and his crew), already!

Yvette: If you like this book, you should read the rest of the series. Each book is better than the last. Seriously. I don’t know how it’s possible. The book after this is a novella (longer than a normal novella though), then another full-length. They’re all AMAZING!

Jean: Up til 2 am and then picked it right back up again as soon as my eyes opened this morning! ! Loving it and loving Derek! !! Thanks again Maryse for another great recommendation and getting me out of my slump!

Michele: Thank you so much for recommending this, I was in such a bad mood today because I just couldn’t connect with a book. I am almost finished and I just love this book!

Skye: Ooh, I read Officer Off Limits and it was crazy sexy and good.

Kelsey: Oh I read this a while ago , I loved it, Derek and ginger were fab!

About book #1:

She’s running from the law, and the law wants her bad.
The opportunity was just too damn delicious for Ginger Peet to pass up. The purse full of money she finds—$50,000 to be exact—could give her and her teen sister the new start they need. So she grabs the cash, her gothy sibling, and their life-sized statue of Dolly Parton, and blows outta Nashville in a cloud of dust. Chicago, here we come…
Turns out, Chicago has some pretty hot cops. Hot, intense, naughty-lookin’ cops like Derek Tyler, who looks like he could eat a girl up and leave her begging for more. And more. Tempting as he is, getting involved with the sexy homicide lieutenant next door poses a teensy problem for a gal who’s on the lam. But one thing is certain—Derek’s onto her, and he wants more than just a taste.
And as far as he’s concerned, possession is nine-tenths of the law.
  1. Protecting What’s His (A Line of Duty Novel) <– Derek & Ginger
  2. His Risk to Take
  3. Officer Off Limits (A Line of Duty Novel)
  4. Protecting What’s Theirs in the Lovers Unmasked Anthology - the novella is about Derek & Ginger!!!
  5. Asking for Trouble (A Line of Duty Novel)
  6. Staking His Claim (A Line of Duty Novel)
  7. Protecting What’s Theirs (A Line of Duty Novella) (Entangled Brazen) - expected release date March 31st 2014

Just what I was craving Maryse!!!
I am halfway through book #3 officer off limits and I am loving the books. Very Kristen Ashley cross Maya banks KGI, it just hits all the right spots, and just when you kind of want to detox yourself from the heroine that is emotionally damaged and needs ‘fixing’ you get a surprise in book #3, defiantly the guy that needs a little saving but he doesn’t loose his appeal at all, still very Alfa male, still very in control, just damn sexy and I think these books will be what my dreams will be made up of for a little while.. Another one before I go… Ahhhhhhhhhh
