Sara needs our book help! This one sounds like a good read… but I have NO idea.

I’ve been looking for this book for years! My uncle gave me this back in 2010-2012. it was small and paperback.
Set in America but I don’t remember the city. Starts with a party of some sort, two twin red head girls. One sister goes missing after the party. The other sister contacts this psychic who turned away from his abilities I think due to a past case gone wrong.
The sister has to convince him to help and eventually he does. It was just the male detective no one else, he had two spirits guides. the sister gets glimpses of her kidnapped sister through the book.
