I just received this question from a fellow book enthusiast who’s trying to find a book. I know for a fact, the minute she mentioned “talking car” I was out of the “help” loop. LOL!!

There is a talking car, witch I think with a mentor, vampire, fairy…and they are all working together…I think the setting is in Minnesota..there are more people…it’s almost as if this women takes in stray paranormal people

The Magicka by MaryJanice Davidson in No Rest for the Witches anthology.
Alright, I haven’t read heard of this one either. However, using my crazy good research skills. I think, and I use that work lightly because I am lost here, the book she might be referring to is by Mary Janice Davidson. I found a review for “No Rest for the Witches” on Amazon that sounds like what she is describing. See what you think.
