You know I had to put this up, and I know SO MANY of us are reading this as we speak. I set this up as our sounding board. This is our temporary “Fifty” support group. If you feel the need (as I know I will), you can come here to cry together and cheer together, until we reach the end.

Sigh. I’ve been waiting for the last book ever since I read the first one during Thanksgiving break. My only complaint would be the typos. I have already seen about three in the first chapter and provided my comment after I clicked “content error” on the kindle app.
Nevertheless, the story is wonderful so far!

Ummm to help you out Bia & Rebeka… There’s a certain picture, of a certain cover model, in “swim trunks” on the beach, and believe me, they are not the horrible speedo things u girls had in mind… THAT visual should help you guys along. Just sayin’ 😉

I am reading slow too! I find myself re-reading paragraphs just to make sure I get the complete mental picture. Loved what Ana got “in trouble” for on the Honeymoon. She kills me! Love how she accidentally get’s in trouble all the time. Reading on……….

I agree…..those pics ARE christian. I kinda picture him a little thinner with lighter copper colored hair but that b.o.d.y!!!!! I just stopped at Ana getting jealous and feeling “off”. Wonder what she is hinting at? hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I wonder???? Anyway, where are you at and do you like this book as much as the first or second? Im not sure. I can’t say that I loved it more than either of the others but I love it WITH the others, kwim? I thought it ended beautifully. My only complaint, the bonus Meet Fifty Shades, left me wanting more, more, more!!!

Shoot I’m at Disney with the kids & exhausted from being in the parks till they close, aaaand I’m still at only 73% in Lothaire cause I keep falling asleep from being in the parks till they close!!! So frustrated cause I want to start fifty, I’ve been counting the days. Upside is I have a six hour car ride home on Sunday so I will have fifty to look forward to, hubby can talk to kiddies while mommy reads!!! So is it freakin fantastic or what? Somebody give me something….
I finished reading Fifty last night and I loved it! I am going through Fifty withdrawals today, kind of like that feeling you get when Christmas is over. Will definitely be reading it again this weekend at a slower pace:)

Whoa…….here I sit, elbows on my knees, both hands covering my eyes….I just finished….Wow. The author knows what we NEED…yes I said need….The thoughts from Christian’s side at the end…STERLING addition to the book. I thought I’d be sad when this final book ended the trilogy, but I’m not. I just look forward to E.L. James’s next trilogy….well, I mean……CRAP! That’s a lie….Now on to lessor authors…..again……….Until I can Read Tohr’s (J.R. Ward’s) story!!

LOVED this book. It’s so sad to see the trilogy end but I’m hoping and praying that the bonus at the end of the book means we will see fifty shades from christians pov. I’ve never read a book that had me this obsessed before!! =]

I recommend “Gabriel’s Inferno” by Sylvain Reynard. Similar themes, rich, controlling, sex-crazed man meets innocent virgin. Gabriel’s not Fifty, but he may help fill the void. 🙂

Finished it in bed this morning…. Awwwww, I feel all mushy 🙂 Christian is so very addictive. Like the others, I LOVED the ending from Fifty’s POV – it makes me think of going back to the start and reading it again.
But you know what… much as I adored seeing the trilogy end and I wouldn’t have missed Fifty Shades Freed, I preferred the first two as novels. they were more intense, more of a rollercoaster, more WTF moments.
I think I need to go and immerse myself in some vampires and shifters, while I recover from an bout of Fifty-Shades-Overload 🙂

OMG… thank you sooooo much for introducting me to the fifty shades of FANTASTIC that is Mr. Christian Grey!!! I just finished the first two books this weekend (couldn’t put them down!!!!) and I feel like Ana’s goddess doing backflips that I have one more to read! I’m sure that I’ll feel the sadness when it’s done (I hate that about good books… they end!). I can’t wait to pick this one up, but I sooooo need to get some work done now that I blew a whole weekend in Grey bliss. I really love this “support group”… so needed… might need a Dr. Flynn after all is said and done? LOL

Oh, to finish this looong post, I’ll dare to recommend Megan Hart and Lauren Dane books. Wow, these ladies KNOW how to write. Very good stories, very deep, not always a HEA ending but very emotional and engaging you should try them.
