Following my heart, one book at a time...
HAPPY FRIDAY, HAPPY WEEKEND & HAPPY HALLOWEEN MONTH!!!! I have an amazing weekend of reading to enjoy (okay and lots of hockey games this weekend as well).
Also… preparing for this Tuesday ’cause it’s going to be PRIME DAY!!! And I have all sorts of new things I want to show you that I bought and LOVE and I know you’ll love too. Plus I need to restock on my favorites. 😉
NOT AN AMAZON PRIME MEMBER YET?? Holy moly look at what you’re missing out on!!!
But for now…
HAPPY TUESDAY NEW RELEASE DAY & it’s a big one! And the bargain finds I added are amazing! Blurb jolt after blurb jolt and they’re all on sale? Yes please. In fact, I was so ticked that I couldn’t one click on of them to buy (Happy Wife), and it’s because I already bought it almost exactly a year ago. LOL!! Now I need to read it.
BLURB JOLTS & STAND OUTS: Lover Enthroned (The Black Dagger Brotherhood series Book 24) (<— J.R. Ward’s latest!!!), Threshing Day (The Empyrean) (<— the latest by Rebecca Yarros) Swing and a Kiss: A Novel (baseball romance —> she went viral for grieving!!), In the Dark (Kept in Paradise Book 2) (mafia princess forced to marry the enemy!!), When We Fell Away (<— holy moly R.K. Lilley’s latest & it’s an M/M forbidden romance!!), Taking Sides (hockey romance!!), Trust Fall (Lynn Painter’s latest!! The secret millionaire next door left everything to her!!), The Spare Affair (The Crown Jewels Book 2) (M/M royal romance), Jenny Will Eat You Now: A Meat Cute (total hilarious horror blurb jolt for me!! He’s the first human she doesn’t want to eat…)
Dropping Out: The true story about a family that leaves the world behind for a life in the mountains of Montana <— TODAY’S NEWSLETTER & POST SPONSOR HAS AN INCREDIBLE STORY TO TELL!!! You guys KNOW I love autobiographies, and stories of survival (true & fiction alike, you know I LOVED Yesteryear!!) and shows like “Alone” so this is 100% for me!!!
You know those moments when you fantasize about just… opting out? No traffic. No schedules. No endless bills and errands and notifications. No running to the store because you forgot one ingredient for dinner. Just you, your family, the wilderness—and whatever you can build, grow, find, or figure out for yourself. Except Steffon Dalberg actually did it. And now, 35 years later, he’s telling the story.
HAPPY MONDAY AND HAPPY ALMOST OCTOBER EVERYONE!!!! I’ve already started my horror watching marathon, and I’m hoping I come across amazing scary movies to add to my favorites list.
And today’s list below, includes biker romance, mafia romance, fantasy romance, cozy romance, sports romance, oh yesssss everything we’re in the mood for is here. Even rock star and pop star romance.
Three Things:
1.) I’m still reading (and loving!!!) The Calamity Club: A Novel. It’s fantastic, and so wonderfully written, and while, lately, I only have the time to read it before bed each evening, it is something I look forward to BIG TIME!!! I can’t wait to see where this goes. I love both main character’s voices, and I’m a sucker for books about exactly this type of thing. YAY ME!!!
