I know this is another Madison Brooks book, albeit in another series, but it’s so angsty and new…it came out in November 2025. I read the other two books in this series (The Ex Wives Club)…they’re ok, but not as good as this book.

I love the beginning twist with this story in which the husband blindsides his wife with accusations of cheating based on anonymous evidence he receives. She claims the evidence is fake…he doesn’t believe her. And off we go for a great chronicle of betrayal and groveling. It’s a quick read so binge away.
The Ruined Bride
– Strong smart FMC marries billionaire MMC
– Someone anonymously sends photos and voice recordings of FMC with another man to her husband who believes she cheated
– FMC unsuccessfully argues that they’re fake but is not believed…the betrayal and angst of not being trusted commences
– The MMC divorces his wife after which the FMC flees to rebuild
– There is an evil OW involved in the destruction
– There is a pregnancy
– The FMC returns after five years and the treachery is exposed with lots of MMC groveling
– Satisfying ending
