Reader Question – The book where she comes home for a funeral and her brother is dating her bully…

Lucy needs our book help… BIG TIME!! Not a ton of detail but maybe just enough to spark someone’s memory?

She asks:

Help finding a book

FMC and MMC have known each other a long time but she leaves and avoids coming home because she’s in love with him and there are issues.

She does finally come home though, I think for a funeral maybe.

I for sure know when she comes back, she finds out her brother is dating a girl that was mean to her in HS.

I’m all over the place but it’s been 2 days and I want to read this again so badly.
