Following my heart, one book at a time...
Grace was looking for a book, and it seems she found it before we even needed to post. But!! It sounds good enough to post anyway, in case this one is up anyone’s alley, and you’re looking for something new.
She asked:
Grace: I am having the hardest time finding a book I red. It was about a man (Preacher I think was his name) who lived above a bar and hide a woman and her child, I thought it was a Kristen Ashley book, but I can’t seem to find it! Ugh do you know what boom it is?
Rene saw one of our recent “Reader Favorites” posts and is looking for it, because it highlights a VERY difficult book choice. I compiled a list of each reader’s absolute FAVORITE book (and told them to only pick one). Eeeeep!
She asks:
“So I have a question I remember seeing a post about name just one favorite book. I’ve been looking on the blog but I can’t find it I thought I saved it but I guess I didn’t because there were more than a few on there I wanted to read thanks for the help”

“Ok, I’m joining into the fun of my Favorite Books of 2016! (Notice how I didn’t put a number on the book…yeah, I read waaaay too much!). Most of these books touched my heart and soul in some marmy way. I love angst…the push and pull of love/hate. Good writing is a must (I read too many books to put up with deciphering nonsense) and a good ole fashion love story with a HEA. I read a lot of paranormal, urban fantasy and contemporary, so I’m pretty much all over the place!”
The blurbs of both book #1 and #2 have me laughing out loud!! PRICELESS and pure comedy-romance genius already!! I’m dying to read these. Sometimes, there’s nothing better than office romance (I love ’em and need relief like this after my crazy intense reads), and these sound like they’ll be my next “light fun”.
Rose: Oh my goodness- I downloaded the sample of “The Rule Maker” and in the few minutes it took me to read it, my husband asked me why I kept laughing. AND- with the way the sample ended I just had to 1 click it. I dare you to read the sample and see what happens (wink)!
Kendall Ryan is a HUGE favorite in our book world, with her sexy-steamy, romances, and she’s got a brand new series coming out! In fact that book there to the left, will be out in just a few days!!! Plus, she’s got a few more books in the series already up for preorder, blurbs, covers, and all! 😀
