Latest Paranormal & Contemporary Romance Book Releases – February 3rd 2015

By 123 Comments

*phew* It’s complete. Well… I think. I’ll probably add more as the day goes, but this is a BIG LIST!! Categorized, of course. 😉 And a few on here that make my giddy with excitement and need to read, ya know?

Like: Apartment 2B (right up my psychological-issues-but-love alley!), NOCTE & VERUM ’cause I love the sound of these psych-thrillers and so many of our fellow readers are crazy for ’em! Devil You Know (she’s abused and saved, but does he need to be?). Radio Silence sounds creepy (all electricity and phones get turned off, and well… scary issues!), The Nightingale (Life and love? stories of two sisters during WWII – sounds intense and deep!!) and Worth the Risk, ’cause book #1 was SO good, so I’m anxious to give this one a go! Oh! And! I’m curious about Pigsty Princess (fantasy/paranormal? but sounds like it could be fun), read more

When I first read Twilight… a look into the start of my book obsession (and THIS blog).

By 39 Comments

First, I found an OLD chat from 2008 between my mom and I while I was reading the Twilight series. This blog didn’t exist yet, but it was just a couple of months from it’s start (even though I didn’t know it, at the time)! SO I posted the chat below, because it is essentially… a look into the start of my reading and blogging love!

It’s no secret that Twilight is what kick-started my reading obsession. Or “re-kick-started” it, since I’ve been an avid reader all my life, but kind of lost my reading way, as an adult, reading only about 4 or 5 books a year. *gasp*!!!!! The horror!!! Considering I average 3 books a week now… (and if I could, I’d read a book a day)! read more

H.M. Ward – Ferro Series Reading Order

By 3 Comments

I know MANY of our fellow readers are head-over-heels with H.M. Ward’s extensive “Ferro” series but there are so many questions in regards to the series reading order, and how the smaller “spinoff” series fit into the entire series as a whole.

So… the author enlightened us on Facebook. Here’s a little sight from H.M. Ward herself, and her suggestion on how to read her “Ferro” family series… (ALSO: I listed the entire list of books, in their reading order, as per her recommendation, below) read more

Suddenly Superbowl Sunday – 12 new releases & super-sales to *squee* over (and…this post has nothing to do with the Superbowl. LOL!)

By 20 Comments

It… umm… it is Superbowl Sunday, right? neutral

Eeeeep! eek I hope so or else it will be obvious just how little I know about baseball. *snort* LOL!!!! I KNOW…. I KNOW!! I was just teasing. Sorta. FOOTBALL. Actually any “ball”. I know nothing about any of ’em.

Just that when there are sports on, there are parties, and really delicious bad-for-you food, and Facebook feeds loaded in cheering and grumbling with “tackling” and stuff. Funny! But I just stick to my books, and giggle at the sport-rants and raves from over here. And the commercials updates. Behind my iPad. read more
