Rose’s Mini Review – Mirror Image by Sandra Brown

By Leave a Comment

Mirror Image <— MYSTERY ROMANCE FANS, IT SOUNDS LIKE THIS ONE IS RE-READ GOOD!!! She has an accident and wakes up looking like the wife of a rich and famous socialite wife!! Eeeeeep!

Rose says:

Good Morning,

I was thinking of telling you about a book that I repurchased recently because it was released as an ebook but had been written years ago which is when I read it.  It’s called “Mirror Image” by Sandra Brown and I think you would really enjoy it.

Not sure if you’ve heard of or read Sandra Brown’s books but she started out as a Harlequin writer and her original stuff (I think back in the 80’s….) were mainly romance but then she started incorporating mystery to her books and it really brought a “hard to put down” edge to her writing. read more

Debi & Danielle’s Mini Book Reviews – Dusty by Mary Elizabeth & Sarah Elizabeth

Innocents (Dusty Book 1) by Mary Elizabeth & Sarah Elizabeth <— BLAST FROM OUR BOOK PAST ALERT!! This recommendation came on strong and HARD and it was for a hugely popular fan fiction that eventually became a HUGELY popular book. It was all anyone was talking about in our indie world, and it’s so fun to have found this old recommendation from back when it was still in its infancy.

Amy: …how exciting for the authors to start off writing their stories as fanfic and then to have them published! All I know is that I’m going to be reading Dusty *very* soon after reading the reactions to it. 😀 read more

10 Monday Early Bird Book Releases – 11-10-2025

HAPPY MONDAY AGAIN!!! I hope you had an amazing weekend like I did. My husband and I hung out with friends at one of my favorite restaurants on Saturday (Agave Bandido – this time I had the ceviche), as well as having a date night last night, so I’m feeling pretty content. 🙂

Three things:

1.) I just did another eyelash lift with my Luxe Lash kit (I guess it’s been a few months since the last one so I had a new set of plain and straight eyelashes again)  and I LOVE THE RESULTS!! This time it was much easier because I knew what to expect, and the results are fabulous. Perfectly curled upwards and I can just wear my regular mascara with fantastic results, or I can oomph it up even more & add my eyelash clusters, and because my own eyelashes are curled upwards again, they don’t push down on my clusters. YAY beauty solutions!!!! read more

Nicole in our Facebook crew had a reader question, but then she solved it on her own. Despite that, I figured I’d post it so we can read it too! 😉

She asked:

Hoping you can help me.
