I’m hungry and craving an omelette, but I’m gonna try the whole intermittent fasting (eat my first meal at noon and last meal no later than 8pm) and this and see how it goes (supposedly it has all sorts of benefits including brain benefits), and hopefully lots of great books finds will keep me busy and my mind off of food until lunch. 😉 LOL! Oh that, and drinking my latest favorite AHA sparkling water (it’s Fuji apple and white tea flavor and has caffeine). They have so many flavors, I can’t wait to try them all. Two I don’t like much, are blueberry and pomegranate and also the raspberry and açaí flavor. Meh.) 😑
P.S. That one up there to the left (Thank You for Listening)? I WENT CRAZY for a past book by this author (My Oxford Year made my Best Of” list for that year – P.S. here’s my review), and she’s considered one of the best audiobook narrators, too. I am totally reading this!
