THREE THINGS:
1.) I’m discovering all the cool things that is Aldi. It’s pretty new-to-me (once, a year or so ago… I went there and bought the most amazing breakfast pizza I have never had before but wish I had alllllll the time). I love breakfast, and this was top of the line in flavor and biscuit dough and just… OMG perfection. I have never seen it again. And now one has just popped up near my house so I’m learning it! Tell me your absolute must-haves at Aldi please?
2.) For some reason, my naturally wavy/curly hair (that I gave up on “curly-girl method because I found it was a lot of work) will no longer properly hold a curling iron curl. I curl my hair every morning and have been for years, and while it never stayed super curly from when I’d first do it (all curly and fresh and shiny and prefect), it still had a ton of bounce and loose curls throughout the day, and I loved it. Now I can’t tell if it’s my hair that has just given up, or my curling iron that isn’t strong enough, or my hair spray that just doesn’t have the hold. I suspect it’s my hair. I’m on the hunt for a fix ’cause I miss my curly waves.
3.) I think I’ll have tomato sandwiches for lunch. 🙂

1. I’m making puttanesca for dinner. It’s my first time cooking with anchovies! 😬
2. I’m trying to decide what to see this weekend. I’m thinking about Knock at the Cabin but the last M. Night Shyamalan movie I watched was Old and I’ll never get those 2 hours back.
3. I’m supposed to be cleaning out our pantry right now but I really just want to crawl in bed and read.

I loved Old!! LOL!!!
I love anything by M. Night Shyamalan (even the bad ones). He’s just so unique. All of his movies to me, are unforgettable. He’s my horror-hero!
for #3, I vote read. I just finished a book (review coming this week) but I’m going back to either Prince Harry, or Lessons in Chemistry.
I have a friend who’s obsessed with him. She loved Old too! Happy to know she isn’t the only one! 😆

4.5⭐New-to me-British author. Part of my quest to read more GB, AUS, NZ authors this year.
This is a warm, slow burn, enemies-to-lovers story which starts off with reclusive Frankie and hot popular Tom in medical school. Unfortunately one night at the student bar, he publicly humiliates her and she’s devastated. Fast forward ten years later. They’re surprised to find that they will be working together in the same London hospital and go into enemies mode. Oh no! So good.
