Monday Early Bird Book Releases – 02-27-2023

THREE THINGS:

1.) I started planting pretty flowers in my flower bed in front of my house. Problem is, digging into it is so hard ’cause it’s got so many roots. Annnnnd I have to be careful of sprinkler lines and all of that. Grrrr! But I can’t wait to see as it fills out. 🙂

2.) I think I accidentally chopped up my gorgeous ginger flower root in the process of digging to plant stuff. since it dies down to the ground every “winter”, I didn’t see it. Hopefully it will recover and sprout some pretty plants this year anyway. I know you can chop up ginger root to make more plants, so maybe that’s what I did? *fingers crossed*

3.) I’m back to my Keto ways, and I’ve lost 4lbs in two weeks!! 🙂 YAY!!! It’s not fast, but losing is better than gaining so I’m not begrudging it. It could even be more hardcore weight loss if I did intermittent fasting, and went into hardcore Keto (20 g of carbs a day instead of 50 g) but *shrug* I’ll go slow for now. Either way, it’s working.
