HAPPY MONDAY & HAPPY START OF A NEW WEEK (and school for so many!!). All sorts of new things have kicked into high gear for me as of August, I feel like everything is changing so much.

Three things:

1.) My new car is coming today!!! I think. I hope. Gahhhh!!! There could be hiccups and I just can’t wait until all is said and done. P.S. It’s a Toyota GR86 and I’m so excited. Eeeeeep!

2.) My sweet “Birdy” passed away this weekend. It’s been such a tumultuous almost chaotic week (so much new stuff coming my way, but having to say goodbye to the old… like my car that I’ve been driving since 2016), and that just bummed me out. He was old, mind you, but he was my little buddy and I just had a silly chat with him a few days ago, and he was listening to me intently, and tilting his head this way and that way, and enjoying his treats, and now… my little buddy is gone. read more
