Following my heart, one book at a time...
Nicole is looking for this book! And I LOVE post-apocalyptic especially without zombies (I want them sort of realistic, ya know?) 😉
And I have a guess for her question!! It’s actually the answer to a few past reader questions (this book was pretty unforgettable).
She asks:
Hi Maryse!
I was wondering if you’d be able to help me find a book I can’t remember the title of.
It was similar to the book Last Light by Claire Kent in the sense that it was a post-apocalyptic book with no zombies.
Shubj is also looking for this one, and this question comes to us in a different format than usual. All she’s got for us is a sort of “quote” that she remembers.
Almost sounds like something Barron would say (from KMM’S Fever series). *swoooooon*
She asks:
…there is another book and I don’t even remember its plot but it has one line that i absolutely can’t forget –
…world shouldn’t give someone to love to someone as powerful as me…
Shubh has two questions for us today, so I decided to separate them out into 2 posts. This one sounds like so much fun!! I love brooding, grumpy heroes!
She asks:
Hi
Im looking for book where the hero is a club owner or sth and has many guys working from him he is cold and the heroine is sweet bubbly and she bakes awesome cupcakes that other guys like.
Sorry its vague buts its all I remember.
Thank for your help
Niki: Not sure, but it sounds good!
CorkDork11: Kiss My Cupcake by Helena Hunting? The hero owns a sports bar in that one
Kathia needs our book help! Oh this is definitely a popular trope, and nothing better than celebrities and their “fake” relationships. All that yummy tension and slow burn!!
She asks:
Hi!
I’m looking for the title and author of a book.
The story: the hero is a celebrity (a rock star or an actor) and the heroine is a kind of bodygard/military who is there to protect him and playing his fake girlfriend because someone is treating him.
Thanks in advance for your help.
Jennifer is looking for this one. And I submitted my own guess right off the bat, but I was wrong.
She asks:
Help! And hi.
But help first. 🙃
So I read a book a long time ago and it’s basically about an overweight woman and she ends up running a marathon and falling in love love it’s her trainer?????
The odds were against her but that’s all I can remember.
Any ideas?
Maryse: Hi Jennifer! Was it this one: Noah (5th Street)? Here’s my book review. I LOVED it!
Jennifer: No, that’s not it but I loved that one too!
