Laura needs our book help! I have a scene in my head from a book from many years ago (like in my early-indie love days – 2012? 2013?) that reminds me of what she describes here, but I can’t put my finger on it at all. Something about a huge wall in the club, that moved or shifted, or had a hidden area… and I think she was dancing in a cage? It’s right on the tip of my brain. 😉

Either way, it’s probably not the one she was thinking of.

Megan needs our book help! And oh wow I LOVE books about polar opposites like this especially when the heroine is struggling to make a living for herself and doing what she needs to do to get by. These stress me out so bad… and yet I connect so well with her. LOVE these!

AND this one sounds kind of similar to a reader question from last year (that was solved pretty quickly). I wonder if this is the same one (Reader Question… Answered! The book about the heroine that used to steal breakfast from a hotel, since she was let go from her job…) though the details in each question aren’t at all a match. 😉 read more

Mannat has another reader question for us! I’m not well-versed in reverse harem, but I know we have some mega fans of the genre here! 😀

I know the heroine goes to an academy and she knows how to fight and has killed people. She is like one of the seat holders in a secret gang and they call her wolf.

Mannat needs our book help! DARK ROMANCE… and I am absolutely clueless on this one!

She asks:

Hello,

I am trying to find a book but can’t remember the title or author.

I know that the heroine goes to visit her ex-husbands mom in the hospital after she gets heart surgery and she goes because she doesn’t think her ex-husband with show. He does show and she tries to avoid him but she ends up going back to his mothers cabin with him because of a storm.

I’ve been a silent stalker of your blog for a while (it’s amazing!), but now I`d like to try my luck with finding a book I started a while ago and never finished. I’m not even sure whether I liked it that much, but now I’m just obsessed with finding this darn book! 😀

I believe the hero used to be a hotshot movie director/screewriter something like that, and then something happened to his wife (she died? was cheating on him? divorced him? Something along these lines) and he moved to a cabin in a small (mountain) town and basically became an alcholic and a recluse. read more
