Following my heart, one book at a time...
I’m getting a ton of reader questions lately, and so I’ve decided to jump in a little early this week. 😉 Andrea sampled a book, but can’t remember which one it is.
Hi Maryse,
I have silently been following your blog for the last two years and I love your reviews and recommendations! Tuesdays and Fridays are my favorite days when you post all of the new releases and bargain finds! Thank you!!!
I am hoping you can help me figure out the name of a book I read a sample of, but never purchased.
Jenny’s going to Barcelona (*gasp*!!!
SO LUCKY!!!!), and she wants to re-read this one, but she can’t remember the title. I know a bunch of us love escaping in romance books that happen in other countries, so I know someone here will recognize this.
She asks:
Hi Maryse!
I’m hoping you can help me. I’m getting ready to travel to Barcelona this summer. I want to re-read a book I read awhile back.
It was about a girl who goes to Barcelona for University. I think she’s going for art. Her and another girl are housed by a women with a mean dog. They experience the culture there, going to the discos, staying up till 3am and eating churros in the streets.
Caitlin is looking for this sexy book. 😉 And it rings a bell…
She asks:
Hi 🙂
I have been racking my brain trying to remember the name of an erotic romance I read a while ago.
The hero has a house of guys & runs a exclusive solo porn type website. The girl ends up seeing him online because of her roommate inviting her to the website.

She winds up becoming his assistant and also trying to hide her identity as someone who was invited to the house for an exclusive sexy type glow party and got involved with him.
This reader question from last week (The book about the girl that falls in love with a married guy…) spurred another reader into wanting to know about THE other book she referenced. She described it without a title, just to make sure we knew it wasn’t that one that she was looking for. But she gave us details enough that now we want to know that one, too!
Er… confusing? LOL!!! Either way, there’s just enough detail below, that I bet someone will know it:
Nikki asks:
I need to know what the other book you were describing is!!!
“NOT to be confused with the book not that long ago where the h owns a bakery, is on the run (she tells everyone her family is dead), and the H is a cop/fireman/something. He’s super sexy, Italian (?) & has a large family” <— sidenote: WHAT BOOK IS THIS ONE??
Tracey is looking for this one! Another stepbrother romance but this one has a specific detail about him that might help pinpoint the exact book.
She asks:
I need your help again. I was hoping you and your crew can help me find a book I read a year or two ago.
It’s about a teenage girl whose mom marries a man with an older son (maybe college age?) they meet at a family dinner and she’s very shy.
Nothing happens (I don’t think) but they meet again after she graduates from college and comes home to visit and her stepbrother who got a knee injury playing professional soccer.
