Author and Book News Roundup – January 29th 2017

<— BREAKING NEWS UPDATE!!! OMG IT’S LIVE EARLY!!!!!! Mists of The Serengeti by Leylah Attar is LIVE!!!! SQUEEEEE!!! <— SERIOUSLY!!! Squee! :D!!! I LOVED IT and it’s 5 stars for this one, and now I’m gonna get my review up. Eeeeeep!!!

Gaaahhhhh!!! I had to tear myself away from my ridiculously awesome book (Wrecking Ball (Hard To Love Book 1) <— that I didn’t want to put down AT ALL ’cause I’m having so much fun with it, to make this list. But it’s so worth it, you guys!! Yep. It’s that time again, ’cause the awesome news just keeps on coming! In fact, TOO much good news is streaming in, and it was making me antsy. It’s LOADED in my favorite authors, and it needed it to be properly compiled.

And you know me… I’m a collector of all sorts of bookish things, and a list maker, which means I have a constant need to immortalize all the cool book-world news into a dated archive forever. 😉 That’s me… satisfying my list OCDness.

So here’s the latest.

I’ll start with the SUNDAY SURPRISE new releases:

Penelope Ward’s upcoming book “Mack Daddy” (releasing in just two weeks) had a cover and blurb reveal, and may I just say… HOT HOT HOT on that cover. *fans self* GAH!!! Just LOOK at this magnificence, will you? Even if some aren’t into the whole nude-torso book covers, it’s hard to deny that he sure is pretty. 😉 Pretty HOT, that is. And of course, we LOVE this author, AND the premise is right up my alley!!! It’s a standalone, he’s a single father, and she’s his son’s teacher. Here’s just a tidbit from the blurb:

JAVIER!!!! ‘memmmmmberrrr??? The ultimate bad guy that I couldn’t help falling for, while so many were in love with the good guy. I felt bad. And I was delighted in it. LOL!! She says:

Jennifer Probst silly-fun book news, that proves that authors are people too, ’cause she just fangirled hard!!! LOL!!! In regards to her latest release, Any Time, Any Place (The Billionaire Builders Book 2) (that she wrote with the “Property Brothers” in mind), JONATHAN (one of the actual twins from The Property Brothers) just tweeted her!!! *gasp* I would have totally fangirled, too. I totally feel her. (sidenote ➔ My own personal confession? Jonathan is my favorite one). She posted:

Mara White and K. Larsen‘s upcoming book has just been announced!! (P.S. Mara White was the author I was speaking of, that recommended the above book, Juniper Smoke, to me 😉 ’cause her 2016 and my 2016 favorites were right on par with each other!!) Anyway, I digress. Book #2 in the “Missed Connection” series has been announced, blurb, title and cover and all! About “The Marriage Pact”, Mara says:

Emma Scott (yet another one of our absolute favorites!!) just posted the cover for her upcoming release, “The Butterfly Project”. It sounds awesome, and it’s releasing in February (OMG next month is going to be CRAZY!!! :D!!!!) Here’s just a tidbit from her blurb (click here to read it all). Okay, so… she goes to NY to pitch her vigilante graphic novel to a publisher, but is left disappointed…
