<— BREAKING NEWS UPDATE!!!!! MIA SHERIDAN ALERT!! I AM DYING TO READ THAT ONE to the left like ASAP NOW (their plane crashes and they are the ONLY survivors, and they are divorced… from EACH OTHER!!!eek), but you know what I just found out? Dane’s Storm JUST WENT LIVE in audiobook format!!!! Hrmm.. maybe I’m dying to listen to it instead. Yep. ON IT!!!! ➔ ➔ ➔

Good morning everyone!!! :D Hey guess what?? Not many (if any) surprise earlybird book releases today but I will keep checking throughout the day and add them here if some go live.

In the meantime, what I do have? BOOK. NEWS.

And  now… the news:

Tiffanie DeBartolo <— Upcoming book news. Sorrow. SOR. ROW!!!!!!!!!! *thud* NO. FREAKING. WAY!!!!!!!!! Please. I NEED THIS. I NEEEEEEEED IT. I feel like my heart is already crying. She posted (or should I say teased… vaguely).

#finished #done #fiction #art #love  #performanceart #writing #sorrow #joe #october #books #reading#redwoods #literature #millvalley #novel #godshapedhole #howtokillarockstar #tiffaniedebartolo — in Mill Valley, California.

Penny Reid asks…

Does anyone here want to read an exclusive excerpt of ‘Marriage of Inconvenience (Knitting in the City Book 7)????? Anyone? :D

Kristen Ashley was featured in a fun fashion article/video!!!! She posted:

“…When I got my first Eloquii catalog, I was stunned and utterly delighted to find clothes for curvy women that were on trend and presented with chic sophistication. You know. Like how other clothes are presented in catalogs, online and in magazines. It was like, “We’re here…we’re seen…and we’re beautiful.”

Little did I know that shouting them out would result in this. Malia and I getting to tell our stories, getting to celebrate ourselves, our love of fashion and our beauty with the awesome people at Eloquii who help women do that every day…”

Keanu Reeves <— WHAAAAA?? Yes. One of my crushes (Speed/Matrix/Sweet November!!!!… come on!!! How could I not crush on him?!!) is now publishing books. GASP!!! Whhhhhaaaaaaa? Here’s the article:

“Keanu Reeves Is Publishing Books That Are Beautiful, Socially Conscious, and Worth Your Time”

K.A. Linde just posted her cover reveal and blurb for her upcoming The Society (Ascension Book 4):

The fourth book in the fantasy Ascension series that NYT bestselling author Susan Dennard called “perfect for fans of Sarah J Maas.”

War is on the horizon.

All while a new power grows strong, threatening the very balance of good and evil…”

CJ Roberts <— I’m thinking there’s a movie coming from/FOR her “Dark Duet” series!!! Why? ‘Cause she posted this:

THIS IS NOT A DRILL! Excluding A-list celebrities (think popular TV actors). Who would you like to see as CALEB and LIVVIE from #CaptiveintheDark#DarkDuet

Caleb: 26 (approx) – blonde hair, blue eyes. Russian. Pretty but very masculine. We can’t have Charlie Hunnam  :(

Livvie: 18-20 – Black hair, brown eyes. Hispanic.

UPDATE: The momentum you guys are creating is insane! We are so close. There will be an announcement soon. I’ll tell you who my faves are. Thank you all so much. Truly, from the bottom of my heart, you’ve changed my life for the better. Stay tuned.

Mia Sheridan has a new one up for preorder!! Dane’s Storm and OMG I WANT TO READ THIS DESPERATELY!!!!!! I LOVE THESE KINDS OF BOOKS!!! This will SO BE MINE!!! Her ex-husband that devastated comes back into her life…

“When Dane offers to fly his ex-wife from California to Colorado to help correct a wrong, he never imagined the harrowing twist of fate awaiting them.

When their plane goes down in the snowy mountain wilderness, Dane and Audra are stranded with no one to turn to but each other…”

Sara Ney has a new book coming out… and we’ve got some sneaky twin-switching action!!! Oh boy!!!!! He realizes something is up with some very minor differences in the girl he thought he was dating. No preorder yet, but it will be out this month!

This isn’t the girl I’ve gone out with the past few weeks.
It’s her twin sister, and they’ve switched places on me.

Only I’m not quite ready to let them switch back.

Good morning!

MichelleS March 5, 2018 at 9:05 AM

Movie? Captive in the Dark? Caleb? Mind blown. Need coffee.

MichelleS March 5, 2018 at 9:05 AM

What’s it going to be rated? People went nuts over 50 shades!

bev March 5, 2018 at 10:24 AM

Reading Etched in Bone. All ensconced in the Courtyard and now need to leave to go to work. Sometimes I’m not sure reading before work is a good idea.

Nay March 5, 2018 at 10:32 AM

Good morning! I can’t wait for High Voltage tomorrow. Is anyone else going to read it??

Tessa March 5, 2018 at 10:38 AM

*adds Society to her pre-order list* That series is so good!

:D Yeah, Bev! You know it was smart to read it before Lake Silence. You don’t want to accidentally read spoilers.

GR is weird. I finished Scarlett Dawn’s King Cave yesterday and it’s trying to tell me there are only 432 pages. 0.0 Uh… In location alone, the number was over 9000! That wasn’t a 432-page book. At least Amazon is saying 520 pages. Now, I’m reading the last of the series, King Tomb. It’s a good series, but the twist that was added is weird. I’m not liking it as much as the first two.

Amy March 5, 2018 at 11:05 AM

Oh wow, I want Sorrow NOW! No idea what it’s about, but it’s by Tiffanie DeBartolo and she used hashtags with GSH and HTKARS so all of that is enough for me. :D Maybe we’ll be getting an Easter Egg…

Amy March 5, 2018 at 11:12 AM

Also, this may be old news but did y’all know Bird Box is being made into a Netflix movie starring Sandra Bullock? It’s supposed to be realeased in late December. I really like her so I think this is one book-to-movie I’ll be watching.

Maryse March 5, 2018 at 1:14 PM

Maryse March 5, 2018 at 1:14 PM

Heck YES. Anything by Tiffanie Debartolo is for me!!!!!

Nay March 5, 2018 at 1:53 PM

Tessa–I fixed King Cave. Not sure why it was 432 pages back in 2014 (when it was entered) and now it’s 530. Maybe something was added.

bev March 5, 2018 at 4:02 PM

Amy Amy Amy???

Did you read my reply on the other post?

That is NOT the right Healer.

bev March 5, 2018 at 4:07 PM

3 things for a Monday?

1. It is great to be back in the Courtyard. I just become immersed.
2. What is it about Healer? I don’t know. Yet, I become a flailing fan girl in some parts.
3. Haagen Daz Trio ice cream is so good.

R. Renee March 5, 2018 at 4:38 PM

Tessa March 5, 2018 at 4:58 PM

Nay, I’ve seen that before when GR and Amazon disagree. The book itself was so long that I’ve no doubt that the 530 is closer. *shrugs* I think they are all confused because location doesn’t make much sense page wise.

Three things:
1. I get to be in the Courtyard tonight at approximately 9 pm unless Bev needs more time, in which case I’ll either be with wolves or fairies.
2. I’m so tired today! I want coffee. I think after this I’ll make coffee.
3. Salt sounds good to me. I ate a chip and it tasted SO GOOD that I know I need salt. Maybe when I get coffee I’ll get a pickle. Because… salt.

MichelleS March 5, 2018 at 5:50 PM

Three things:

1. I’m still hanging out in the cottage with Blackthorn & Grim.
2. Tomorrow I will leave the cottage for some High Voltage – hoping for Fever Feels.
3. LärBars are my new favorite snack. But I eat two, so all that good-for-you-ness is cancelled out, I’m sure.

MichelleS March 5, 2018 at 5:52 PM

Tessa – wolves or fairies??? What are you reading?

Tessa March 5, 2018 at 6:03 PM

Well, wolves would be the new Briggs book and fairies is High Voltage. That is, if we don’t go visit Lake Silence tomorrow.

I’ve actually avoided your rec. Not because I think it’ll be bad, but because it will obviously suck me in and I won’t go see the others, visit a romantic wolf couple, or play with fairies. :)

Tessa March 5, 2018 at 6:04 PM

Oh, and I got a Keurig cup of mocha chocolate from Target and it tastes like coffee spiked with Kahlua. :)

Tessa March 5, 2018 at 6:48 PM

Well, I read the prologue for Axel by Harper Sloane and I’m hooked.

bev March 5, 2018 at 7:24 PM

If book I’m thinking of I did not like it. The heroine wouldn’t stop crying.

Tessa March 5, 2018 at 8:36 PM

I don’t know. You didn’t mark it, but that means NOTHING. :)

MichelleS March 5, 2018 at 8:42 PM

Oh man! I forgot about Briggs. I’ll be hanging with the wolves after all. Briggs hasn’t let me down. Fever series has had its ups and downs. Don’t like many plot twists. Charles & Anna!!! Yay.

MichelleS March 5, 2018 at 8:43 PM

Gasp!!! 13.99 for Kindle version. Crikey. Wait for library? Ya’ll buying it???

MichelleS March 5, 2018 at 8:51 PM

$14 & $15 for Briggs & Moning. Too pricey for me! I put books on hold at my library. They have ONE COPY. What’s up with that? Good news, I’m second & third in cue, so as long as person doesn’t hang onto the book (I hate people who do that), I should get to read them soon.

Tessa March 5, 2018 at 9:01 PM

Bought. *shudders* I knew that this month would hurt as far books. I made sure that I’d be buying the four books that were most important. These three plus the nest Titan series book by JL Armentrout. Though, library works big time. I get most of mine from there.

bev March 5, 2018 at 9:06 PM

Yep, that’s it. The heroine drove me nuts. Also, it was when it came out and everybody was raving about it.

I gave up on KMM. I did pre order the Briggs and Bishop. Though I am so behind on the Briggs serious it would of been better to wait for library, lol.

bev March 5, 2018 at 9:13 PM

You all might know this cause the song came out a while ago, but just popped up on spotify.
It is Lily Allen’s Alfie. Selfie who is her little brother and the actor that plays Theon on Game of Thrones.
Id say he did finally get a job, lol.

Nay March 5, 2018 at 9:47 PM

Michelle–I bought High Voltage. I’m still in love with the series–it’s still my favorite PnR. And as pissed as I was about the last one, I’m ready to finally get these two in a book together (don’t want to say who jic anyone is behind in the series.) I can’t wait!

I’ve really been missing my vamps, shifters, demons, and fae, so after this book, I’m going to make an effort to get caught up on all of my other PnR/UF series. BDB, both Briggs series, Jane Yellowrock, Toby Daye, Charley Davidson, IAD, Alex Craft, Dark-Hunter, Elemental Assassin, Midnight Breed, Lords of the Underworld, Graveyard Queen, Discovery of Witches, and I know I’m missing others. I’m at least 1 book behind on all of these. And I haven’t even visited the Courtyard yet!

Nay March 5, 2018 at 9:47 PM

bev–which book are you talking about with the crying girl that everyone raved about??

Nay March 5, 2018 at 9:50 PM

3 Things:

1. I’m going to be a GRANDMA!!! And we found out today that IT’S A BOY!!
2. I had Bluebell homemade vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup for supper–yum!
3. HIGH VOLTAGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maryse March 5, 2018 at 10:49 PM

Congratulations Nay!!!!!! YAYYYYY!!! Another blog baby. Blog grand baby!!! :D

Tessa March 5, 2018 at 11:05 PM

Nay, Axel by Harper Sloane. I’m enjoying it so far, but it might be set aside for a whole mess of PNR/ fantasy hitting in an hour or two. :)

Tessa March 5, 2018 at 11:06 PM

And Congrats Nay! Ooooh, the first grandkid. Something says he’ll be very spoiled by Grandma. :D

bev March 5, 2018 at 11:09 PM

Yay, Nay! How exciting for you.

And yes the book Tessa is reading.

Leslie M March 5, 2018 at 11:11 PM

*whispers to bev*

I didn’t like Axel either. :(

Leslie M March 5, 2018 at 11:13 PM

Nay, Congrats!! That is awesome news.

Maryse March 5, 2018 at 11:16 PM

Okay my three things!! :D

1.) Tomorrow’s new release list is the biggest in ages. Over 100 books (and we’ve been averaging 50-65 lately)
2.) I’m tired and I’m going to have my sleepy time tea and hope I sleep like the dead. ;) But you know… then I wake up again nice and early to make the list live.
3.) I made the best meatloaf and mashed potatoes that I have ever made. I can’t stop eating it.

Okay… off to snore. I hope. ;)

Nay March 5, 2018 at 11:21 PM

Definitely, Tessa! I can’t wait!

Ok, I think I had the same problem bev had with that book. Just checking.

Nay March 5, 2018 at 11:24 PM

Oooh, I love meat loaf sandwiches! I also made the best I’ve ever made back in December. The fam loved it so much that I had two make a double batch a few days later.

Can’t wait to see all the new releases tomorrow!

Tessa March 6, 2018 at 1:14 AM

Hey, if it does get on my nerve, at least it’ll be one less on my TBR. :D

bev March 6, 2018 at 1:47 AM

You might like it, a lot of people did.

MichelleS March 6, 2018 at 7:59 AM

Amy March 6, 2018 at 2:14 PM

Y’all don’t want a three things from me right now. Trust me. *snicker*

But…CONGRATS NAY!!!! What a beautiful day for you, and thank you for sharing it with us!!

Mmmmmm…meatloaf sounds amazing right now. And I’ve never had a meatloaf sandwich but dang if I don’t want one right now. :?

Amy March 6, 2018 at 2:19 PM

bev…OMG…that would have been hilarious if I hadn’t cleared that up with you, LOL!!! They are two COMPLETELY different storylines!! :P

Seriously though, I really want to watch it. It sounds like it will tug on my heartstrings, and I’m not passing up the chance at that.

Maryse, do you have any word on when we might be able to get our grubby little hands on Sorrow?!?
