<— EEEEEP!!! IT’S TIME!! It’s time for The Brother cover reveal and blurb reveal. It’s is going live on October 2nd (but it’s book #2, and I highly recommend book #1, first).
P.S. Psych-thriller, dark kidnap book alert!!! Well, at least book #1 (The Tutor) was, and I was into it!! In fact, here’s my review (*ahem* It’s labelled as a pre-review but it’s plenty loaded in my excitement for it so… it sort of ended up being a real review). ➔➔➔➔
And you know what? It’s the ending that had me even more excited. In fact, this was my reaction:
“…then… the author told me a secret. OMG. I can’t tell you the secret but you WILL find out, and that very secret bumped up my enthusiasm and excitement over it, up to 4.5 stars.
You’ll see why. One day. “
And that day is now. The secret is out. I can’t help but wonder if THIS book will be even better. I don’t want to say too much, if you haven’t read book #1 yet. It’s complete… with a mild cliffhanger that forged itself into a very interesting twisty ending. Or should I say… beginning? GAH!!! I can’t say! MY LIPS ARE SEALED!! But read #1, and then definitely read THIS one!
Here’s the blurb for The Brother (but DON’T READ the blurb if you haven’t read book #1 yet. Okay? Promise??)
Nora Robertson is struggling to find her place in society after being held captive for half a year. Her sense of normal is skewed at best, in love and life but, she is trying to recover with the help of her support system. She pines for a home and a love she can no longer have. A love she knows was wrong but still clings to and desires secretly.
Liam Lockwood stumbled across a photo in a magazine of his long forgotten brother causing buried secrets, heartache and obsession to bubble to the surface. When Liam sees something he wants, he takes it. He always has and this time will be no different despite his father’s warning. Payback for a dark and broken childhood now has a name, Nora Robertson.
When Liam and Nora’s paths collide everyone in their wake will be left stumbling when the truth reveals itself.
Attraction is not random.
MINE!!!! Oh you know I’ll be reading this. She’s one of my favorite authors, and her twisty, dark stories are always so nerve-wracking. AND I LOVE THAT! 😀
OH OH AND!!!! The author is having a giveaway on September 22nd on her Facebook page (she says “WIN THE MYSTERY BOX! Who knows, it could be a signed paperback, a Tutor Tumbler or a hefty Swag pack! Or all of the above!”)
