- Good news on the next Black Dagger Brotherhood book!! J.R. Ward announced on her Facebook:
“It’s official! The name of Tohr’s book is LOVER REBORN! It’s coming out end of March/beginning of April next year!”
Great!! I’m so happy to hear it, but as I mentionned to a friend earlier today… “Technically, wouldn’t the Lover Reborn be John Matthew? Just sayin’ 😉 ”
- Gena Showalter will be at the Apple Store in Soho NY doing an interview and an question & answer session. Drop by if you’re in the area!! Monday, 23 May at 6:30pm. (Stupid NY get’s all the fun stuff! *pout* 😉 ) She also posted on her Facebook:
“I just turned in The Darkest Seduction, Paris’s story!! After my editor reads it, I’ll be able to share some details about it!”
- Laurell K Hamilton updates us on the Merry Gentry series. More to come she promises!! Check out her blogpost here.

- Kresley Cole Facebook teases us with the cover of “LOTHAIRE’S” new book. She can see it. We can’t. But she’ll be posting it next week, so stay tuned! I can’t wait! Oh… by the way. The title of his book will be called Lothaire (expected release date: January 10th 2012)
- Lara Adrian is a Facebook tease too!! Grrrrrr!! She’s teasing us with the prospect of seeing Chase’s book cover (Darker After Midnight: A Midnight Breed Novel – release date January 24th 2012). CHASE!!! I HEART YOU! You’re so annoyed with everyone, and the one that doesn’t annoy you (cause you were in love with her – twice!!) still, isn’t and won’t be, yours. I can’t wait to read your story. I hope it’s full of angst! Yes. I’m a bit sadistic like that. I can love a character and still want them to go through all that love turmoil. Tee hee!!!
- Caridad Pineiro and Donna Grant will be having a LIVE VIDEO CHAT TONIGHT (from what I can tell it’s at 9om EST)!! Make sure to check it out.
- Some great True Blood news: “Starting May 31, you’ll be able to download all of Season 3 at iTunes. Pre-order now for some special discounts and bonus content.” OR… instead I’ll just buy the DVD set (True Blood: The Complete Third Season) cause it looks so great in my vampire/reading room 😉
- Kerrelyn Sparks will be at a book signing in “Shreveport, Louisiana, June 11, 2011. Booksigning open to public from 5-6 pm, Bossier Parish Community College.” Hrmm… I wonder if she’ll go to Fangtasia while she’s there 😉
- Alyson Noel reminds us that the last book in her Immortals series (Everlasting (Immortals) will be out in a few weeks. She blogs about her book tour, and gives us a sneak peak at some of the chapters here.
- Stacia Kane is moving back to the UK in June, she’s working on the 5th book in the Downside series “there’s a whole bunch of stuff going on in it, whee!” and book#4 in her series (Sacrificial Magic) will be out sometime in February 2012.
- Mary Janice Davidson is giving away a book (Undead and Unwed (Undead/Queen Betsy))! Check out her Facebook post for details.
- Terri Garey blogs about Sammy and how the Nicki Styx series came to be. She’s a rock star junkie like me!! Sammy Divine’s book Devil Without a Cause (he’s the devil, by the way), will be out May 31st 2011. I can’t wait. The Nicki Styx series hooked me good, and Sammy’s spin-off series starts now!
- Alexandra Ivy will be writing two short stories that have to do with the Guardians of Eternity series. YAY!!!
Oh and you know what? On that note, I think I’ve found much of the news I’m going to find, and I’m going to say goodnight, as I have Conde Cezar’s book (Darkness Revealed (Guardians of Eternity, Book 4) from that very series waiting for me 😉

Its been a while since i read the Midnight Breed series and i cant remember who Chase is/was in love with. Anyone want to give me a reminder? 😀
This should help – an excerpt from one of my book reviews:
“In the second book, we left off with Chase (newly integrated into the Order), desperately in love with his widowed sister-in-law (Elise). Anguished by the death of her son, and crying alone, she was approached and somewhat comforted by the usually unapproachable and bitter “Tegan” (a GenOne Warrior – the best of the best, who had suffered a terrible loss when his Breedmate was killed).”
Remember? Such a good “love triangle” – I LOVED Tegan!! But I’m definitely ready for Chase. He’s been dragged along for quite a few books now. It’s his turn.
so cool i can’t wait. it always sucked that Tohr lost his mate. Whellsy was so great and he really needs to heal alot though i can see that this book will be very difficult to read. but dang i need to fast forward through the rest of the year and well into next so i don’t go stir crazy ::laughing;:
