in Latest Book Releases

It’s READY!!! The list is soooooo pretty and full of one-clickies!

I’ve already found some new-to-mes that have my attention BIG time (like that one there to the left). Also note, the latest from Patricia Briggs is having some technical difficulties (the Kindle version is suddenly unavailable) but I will keep checking on it <— FIXED!! :D . AND!! Don’t forget to check out yesterday’s “EARLY BIRDS” list ’cause there are some great ones on it that went live last night: ➜ Five EIGHT early bird book releases (including Nina Levine, J.A. Huss and Cassia Leo just to name a few ;) )

So what looks extra-good to me? Okay that one to the left (Cross the Stars, YES PLEASE!! Forbidden love in the Middle East! They both went to college in D.C. but he’s going back home to Jordan (he’s a prince), and she’s going there too, to help with a refugee program), Marked In Flesh (I still have to catch up on this series, but I read #1 and it WAS AWESOME and I hear the whole series rocks, and so many here are jumping into this one as we speak), Lexington and 42nd (FOOTBALL STAR, and she just got a job in NY working for the team, and I just came off of one that I loved hard, and the premise of this sounds pretty darn great), Us (two AWESOME authors have collaborated on an M/M series – two hockey stars that have to keep their love in the closet), Live For This (she’s homeless from letting her partying ways get out of hand, and he’s got a spinal cord injury), Jackson’s Trust (she wants to be a sports newscaster and she’s falling for her mentor), and Sparrow (she was kidnapped and forced to marry a mobster!!) and Instalove (her college resident advisor is the campus bad-boy, and she’s trying to avoid him like the plague… and then bad stuff happens!!). <— Tee hee!!! I love when bad stuff happens. eek In books!! Always and only in books. :P

P.S. Let me know if I’m missing any or if you loved any (from this list or elsewhere).

P.P.S. Don’t have a Kindle? No problem! Amazon offers various free Kindle apps and a free Kindle Cloud reader for any and ALL of us to use. You can either use the free Kindle App for your smartphone, tablet, AND your desktop computer (just like you’re using a Kindle, but right through your web browser <— No need to download anything!)

For those going on a road trip soon, or maybe you’ve got some projects that require both hands this weekend but still allows you to “listen”… check out the free audible trial + 2 free audiobooks deal —>

  • AND! Here’s the fun-tool again! —> Find out which of YOUR Kindle books are available as audiobooks at a BARGAIN-PRICE! <— This thing is so cool (Amazon calls it “Matchmaker“)! It’s an Amazon feature, that scans your Kindle books and will list all of the ones you have that are also available as an audiobook at a discounted price (not normal audiobook prices). This way, you can switch back and forth, seamlessly between your ebooks and your audiobooks. VERY COOL!

I have no idea why he’d decided to take me as his wife. But I do know this: pissing off this man will not do me any good. At all. And Fiona read it and recommends it: “Just after reading a book by LJ Shen; she may be a fairly new author I hope to read more of her work in the future. The name of the book was Sparrow & was about a girl named Sparrow who was forced to marry a mob boss from her old neighbourhood in Boston; the writing was very good and although I have read similar theme books the plot was great & kept me turning pages. Sparrow was a feisty character & although at times the alpha husband was not a great husband at first; you could see that he was fighting his feelings for her; there was some mystery that added to the overall plot; a definite recommendation!!

*snort* :P

Paula March 8, 2016 at 1:46 PM

This list!!!! I can’t be good with so many books that say “must buy”! Oh well…

Maryse March 8, 2016 at 1:49 PM

Last night, on Facebook… I had to hide someone’s one-clicker before her husband broke it on her. LOL!

Tessa March 8, 2016 at 1:52 PM

MIF already had me giggling. 16% in with all the drama and worry and poof. Vlad has me laughing enough that I had weird stares. :)

Ela March 8, 2016 at 1:53 PM

Paula March 8, 2016 at 1:58 PM

I think I am being so discreet on my phone when I one clicking until I get asked “are you buying more books?” – my response – “no, just looking – honest”

Fabi March 8, 2016 at 1:59 PM

I got Us, Porn Star and Never too Late. But I’m seriously considering getting Marked in Flesh as an audio book. They last longer that way so I really like getting my favorites in that format.

Paula March 8, 2016 at 2:02 PM

Fabi!! I never saw Never too Late so just went to look and click!! arghhh

Fabi March 8, 2016 at 2:04 PM

Yeah Paula. Maryse had it on yesterday’s list and I didn’t know whether to yippy or urrrg considering how many I’m already buying this week. But it was an automatic one-click.

Maryse March 8, 2016 at 2:09 PM

FREE the one-clickers!!!!

Michelle March 8, 2016 at 2:22 PM

Finished WoW and love LOVED it! My favorite book of the year so far – I laughed, cried, swooned and devoured – everything I could want in a book! Now MiF is waiting for me and my book fog has not even cleared…I will be in a book coma soon :D

Michelle March 8, 2016 at 2:25 PM

FYI, A Stone in the Sea by AL Jackson is free. I needed a good freebie with all the money I spent today!

bev March 8, 2016 at 4:07 PM

Still hours away from starting.

Ela March 8, 2016 at 4:19 PM

Bev??? Shouldn’t you be reading WiR?

Amy March 8, 2016 at 5:04 PM

I cannot WAIT for you ladies (who want to, that is ;) ) to experience the heart-clenching and tummy-twisting angst of It’s All Relative! :D And I really cannot wait for Swear on This Life…oooooh, does that one sound like it’s going to kick my heart around a bit.

I need a number between 1 and 708. I have *very* little time for reading right now, so I’m holding off on the books I really want to read until I DO have the time to be sucked into them.

Okay, someone give me a number, pretty please! *bats eyelashes*

Maryse March 8, 2016 at 5:07 PM

or 8.

Paula March 8, 2016 at 5:08 PM

Amy March 8, 2016 at 5:19 PM

Oh yeah, it’s REAL funny to throw two numbers at me. *pbltttt* :P

#402 it is!! Because of Kian. Hmmmm… *shrugs* Okay, we’ll go with that. Besides, #8 is Mystery Man, and as much as love her books, I can’t commit myself to a long Kristen Ashley book right now.

Just for the heck of it, I’m going to go look up Paula’s number…

Ela March 8, 2016 at 5:21 PM

I didn’t care for It’s All Relative (read it when it was still free) *ducks from peanuts”

AMY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 19.95

Grey March 8, 2016 at 5:22 PM

Bwahahaha,,, Tessa wrote MIF, I thought she was abbreviating Mother f****r.. because that was my reaction to this list…

Amy March 8, 2016 at 5:23 PM

It was Painted Faces by LH Cosway.

Barking dog gets fed, eh? ;)

Paula March 8, 2016 at 5:24 PM
Paula March 8, 2016 at 5:25 PM

Loved Painted Faces!

Amy March 8, 2016 at 5:27 PM

Ela, what’s 19.95?? Is that a price or are ya just messin’ with me by throwing that number at me??? *slingshots IAR peanut at Ela*

LOL Grey! Mother effer is better than what I keep seeing when I read the acronym MIF…just throw an L in there and you’ll see what I’m seeing. :P

Paula March 8, 2016 at 5:28 PM

Didn’t know there was a companion book to Painted Faces and there goes another click!

Ela March 8, 2016 at 5:30 PM

I was thinking the same Amy *high five* MILF….or was I thinking FILF…..oh oooops…Yup I went there…

Yes, 19.95 is a unique number….it’s 95% of your 19th book…

Amy March 8, 2016 at 5:30 PM

See, Paula? You guys never let me down with recs, even if you don’t know what you’re actually recommending!

Grey March 8, 2016 at 5:30 PM

Alright… I need help too… Porn Star or nope never mind I’m reading Porn Star *giggle* I need a silly smutty book today

Ela March 8, 2016 at 5:31 PM

I haven’t read Killer Queen yet either…

Ela March 8, 2016 at 5:33 PM
Amy March 8, 2016 at 5:34 PM

OMG Ela, you did go there!!!! LOL!!!

Ela March 8, 2016 at 5:39 PM

I hope Maryse doesn’t kick me out of the sandbox! Cause you know me I’ll just crawl my ass right back in :)

Amy March 8, 2016 at 5:40 PM

Grey, maybe Ela’s FILF will pop up in Porn Star…

Pun intended. :P

Sharon March 8, 2016 at 5:45 PM

I was going to read Wall of Winnipeg, but P*rn Star’s cover (it’s a nice cover) made me change my mind. Besides, I just finished Kulti and that was pure foreplay. Is it wrong I wanted to one click Snowballin?

Ela March 8, 2016 at 5:51 PM

Snowballin’ was a very EDUCATIONAL READ but sadly I can’t any longer find it on Amazon…I have a feeling that a title like that beauty must’ve been pulled *gasp*…

Every time I see the words Porn Star and book I keep thinking of those cheesy/sleazy pool cleaning guys or plumbers *let your minds roam free* yep HBO at night at it’s finest!

Maryse March 8, 2016 at 5:55 PM

Amy Mystery Man is awesome and so is Painted Faces!!!

Maryse March 8, 2016 at 5:56 PM

LOL Grey!!!!!! That was an easy one. ;)

Maryse March 8, 2016 at 5:57 PM

Ela you are one of our fun and crazy sandboxers!!! I would never kick you out.

Grey March 8, 2016 at 7:16 PM

Bwahahah! Ela, that’s awesome. After I read Porn Star, you’re gonna have to let me borrow Snowballin’ *giggle*

MILF’s FILF”s MF’s I love all these acronyms just throw some letters at me… a glass of wine and I’m a riot at parties…

bev March 8, 2016 at 7:58 PM

Haven’t started. Still will be a couple or more hours. But very early start tomorrow. …so mat not start tonight. Hoping to get at least a chapter or so in.

bev March 8, 2016 at 8:00 PM

Amy, I’d go with Painted Faces. Though Mystery Man is great too. But KA is a certain style that needs the right mood sometimes.

Cheryl March 8, 2016 at 8:44 PM

No Snowballin here today- it’s 70 degrees! ;) Seriously, no idea what I’m reading next, because so many good choices.

After watching The Voice I’ll make a decision…

Fabi March 8, 2016 at 8:57 PM

I watch that too Cheryl. I watch any singing/dancing show I can find. :-)

Suanne Laqueur March 8, 2016 at 9:33 PM

Started Porn Star tonight after dinner. Don’t expect I’ll get the dishes done….

Michelle March 8, 2016 at 9:45 PM

Gah MiF is sooooo good! Can’t stop reading but I have to be up so early tomorrow and should…

Tessa March 8, 2016 at 10:02 PM

*blinks* *blinks* My tablet is dying. I had to stop reading MIF (which, seriously, we can consider MILF after they, you know, kiss) and charge it. *pouts, crossing her arms*

Amy March 8, 2016 at 10:19 PM

Dishes not getting done because of a Porn Star? Sounds like a valid reason to me. ;)

Bev…that’s exactly right. I thought Sweet Dreams was great, but it was loooooong (or at least felt that way). I’m holding off on long books until after the move when I have my reading spot set up. :D

Amy March 8, 2016 at 10:24 PM

Come on, Tessa…a reader like you HAS to have an app on her phone for emergencies like this! :P

So, book 4 and still not even a kiss? WTH, man…did Simon get neutered or something? *scoffs*

Tessa March 8, 2016 at 11:09 PM

There might be! It’s a long book and I don’t think I’m even half way through.

Tessa March 8, 2016 at 11:49 PM

My phone is evil. I tried putting Kindle on it a few times and it rarely let me actually read something without having issues.

Rose March 8, 2016 at 11:55 PM

I’m SUPER excited for SC Stephens “It’s All Relative.” It’s been a few years since I read it but I remember I had to “sit” at my desk since I didn’t have a laptop at that time and I did…reading the whole thing cuz it had me hooked! lol-I can’t imagine doing that now especially with my iPad and Kindle and a “TBR laundry list”:) I’ll definitely be rereading it next week and looking forward to this “newer” copy.

Lisa March 9, 2016 at 4:48 AM

Click. Click. Click……click….click.

Ela March 9, 2016 at 10:53 AM

Loving Sparrow!

Paula March 9, 2016 at 11:06 AM

Me too Ela! Though not far through as work keeps interrupting! Roll on home time

Ela March 9, 2016 at 11:49 AM

Grrrrrrrrrrr WORK!!!! That is why I love listening to books when available.

Fabi March 9, 2016 at 12:19 PM

I just finished Us by Elle Kennedy and Sarina Bowen and I think this is the perfect time for me to head into Honesty by Seth King. I’m giving y’all a heads up because I’ll probably be back soon, broken into a million pieces and looking for support. *looks around* This IS the reading support group right? ;-)

Ela March 9, 2016 at 1:37 PM

*looks around with Fabi* I only see a bunch of book addicts and one-clickers, oh and over there I see some tipsy chicks fighting over a matinee…and over there I see lots and lots of peanuts and glitter *shrugs*

Maryse March 9, 2016 at 2:04 PM

It is Fabi. We love supporting during ugly cries, especially!!!

*picks up more peanuts and put ‘em in “juicer” to make peanut butter*

mmmmmmmmmmm peanut butterrrrrrr

Maryse March 9, 2016 at 2:06 PM

Paula March 9, 2016 at 2:11 PM

Don’t forget the cocktails…we all need sustenance!

Amy March 9, 2016 at 2:29 PM

*grabs Manny and tucks him into cardigan*

No one is fightin’ over the manatee NOW. Cheers!

*raises martini glass*

Amy March 9, 2016 at 2:32 PM

I’m gonna make it rain!!!!

*tosses handfuls of Maryse’s glitter all over the room*

Don’t worry Fabi, we’ll be here for ya with hugs and love and drinks and Manny when the book heartache takes over. ;)

OMG I love that movie!!!!!

Grey March 9, 2016 at 5:21 PM

Who makes it rain with glitter??? I make it rain with one dollar bills… *giggle*

I’m enjoying Porn Star… *snort* yeah, I said it… and I’m just gonna end my post there, because… truly what else can I say after that…

Tessa March 9, 2016 at 5:51 PM

*sets up a blankie fort* Sure, we’ll be here Fabi! Unless it’s one in the morning. From experience, I can tell you, no one is there to hug you at that hour.

Finished Marked in Flesh. *sighs* Soooooo good. I think I liked number four even more than the second one. SO MUCH HAPPENED! And and and…. Is it bad that I was hoping a lot of humans died?

Next is Briggs. It’s probably the only thing I can read after that last one.

Amy March 9, 2016 at 6:05 PM

I make it rain with whatever I want!!! So *PBLTTTT!!!!* :P

Tessa…yeah, but did they finally get some action? THAT is the real question…

bev March 9, 2016 at 7:02 PM

Still. Have. Not. Started.

Fabi March 9, 2016 at 7:14 PM

Me either Bev. But I’m pretty decided to go with the audio version. So it’ll be next week before I start it.

Michelle March 9, 2016 at 7:46 PM

Just got home and I’m scrambling to get back to MiF. Got to 63% yesterday. It’s exciting and very worth the wait…Anne Bishop you are crazy creative!

Cheryl March 9, 2016 at 8:43 PM

Reading Lexington and 42nd and really enjoying it. Found out from the author that it is an interrelated series.

I’m not sure if this was talked about already but Kim Holden has a new book coming out this month(29th)- So Much More. Probably another gut-wrenching tear-jerker!

Maryse March 9, 2016 at 9:27 PM

Yes YAY!!! Cheryl, I did post it a week or two ago, and I’m so excited about that one!

Oh and also Lexington. That blurb had me for sure. I love me the sports stars!

DG March 9, 2016 at 10:29 PM

Ela – just WOW.

Fabi – sending over cupcakes AND wine!

I am stumped…I have no clue as to what I want to read. *wanders around aimlessly*

Tessa March 9, 2016 at 10:31 PM

Amy, I said stuffs. I’m not saying what stuffs. You have to read it to find out what stuffs happen, whether romantic or not.

bev March 9, 2016 at 10:33 PM

Is that what the kids are calling it now a days.

Amy March 9, 2016 at 10:46 PM

Hey, “stuffs” could work in that context.

As a verb and all.

Kathy P March 9, 2016 at 10:58 PM

For those that haven’t read or purchase the Wall of Winnepeg, it is now free on Kindle Unlimited. I just bought it 3 days ago and I now know the meaning of a book fog. I need to wait a few days before I pick up a new book! I am a sucker for any sports romance!

Tessa March 9, 2016 at 11:03 PM

You all have to read it and remember sloooooowwww burn. There was lot of danger and excitement! Also, a lot of funny parts and super sweet and romantic non-sexy things.

Lisa March 9, 2016 at 11:26 PM

I notice Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward have another colab coming out soon….Stuck-Up Suit. I’m not seeing it on Amazon yet.

Cheryl March 10, 2016 at 8:21 AM

Lisa, it’s there- April 11, but only showing in paperback right now. Can’t wait for that one too!!

*Stuffs*, I love it when stuff happens! ;)

Ela March 10, 2016 at 9:42 AM

I think stuffs are about to happen in Sparrow ;)

Lisa M March 10, 2016 at 10:37 AM

Amy March 10, 2016 at 10:40 AM

Stuffs is the bestest stuff EVER. :D

First line Thursday!

“He was eight years old when his obsession began.” ~ Painted Faces by LH Cosway

Amy March 10, 2016 at 10:45 AM

Lisa M…sounds like saving the epilogue was a perfect way to have your hair o’ the dog. ;)

MichelleS March 10, 2016 at 11:27 AM

First Line Thursday – Fire Touched, Patricia Briggs

“I sat up in bed, a feeling of urgency gripping my stomach in iron claws. Body stiff with with tension, I listened for whatever had awakened me, but the early-summer night was free of unusual noises. A warm arm wrapped itself around my hips.” “Mercy? Adam’s voice was rough with sleep.”

More than one line, I know, I know – but I just had to tease you because it starts off with Mercy and Adam in bed… and does not disappoint in any way. I love this book. I love this series. Adam Hauptman is best werewolf ever. Wait until you get to the “nudge” – OMG.

Lisa M March 10, 2016 at 11:28 AM

Amy, I love it!!! That was hysterical!!! Now when my hubby says he needs a hair o’ the dog I’m going to say “me too”!!!

Fabi March 10, 2016 at 11:44 AM

Amy, that is a great first line! I swear I’ve that book but I’m drawing a blank now. Maybe I just thought so hard about reading it that now I only think I did. lol

Fabi March 10, 2016 at 11:47 AM

First line Thursday…

“If my life was one of those quirky novels for teens, it would have an orange cover.” Honesty by Seth King

I’m only at 16%, so not too bad so far. But…the intro says “based on a true story”…I NEVER read those. Yup, I’m still nervous as hell.

Ela March 10, 2016 at 12:39 PM

Sparrow totally reminds me of The Devil’s Eyes series by Jennifer Loren! It has the mob/love/hate feel!

DG March 10, 2016 at 6:03 PM

Started Sparrow also! OMG…definitely in a love / hate relationship with H. What a jerk! But it’s soooo good!

Kathryn March 10, 2016 at 6:35 PM

Thank you SOOOO much for featuring LIVE FOR THIS in your new releases! Definitely a squee moment for me!

Michelle March 10, 2016 at 6:38 PM

Back to MiF. Real life sucks because I soooo wanted to finish last night! Might wait a read or 2 to get to Briggs.

Also Fighting Silence by Aly Martinez is free right now. Really good book :D

Fabi March 10, 2016 at 7:12 PM

Thanks for the heads up on Fighting Silence. I’ll save it for a an especially courageous day since just the blurb made my stomach flip-flop.

Cheryl March 10, 2016 at 8:24 PM

First line thursday:

“Oh. F@ck.” Sticks by T. Gephart.

Having a difficult time choosing a book, but I think I’m going wit this one.

Anne March 10, 2016 at 9:09 PM

Hey guys! I am reading Sparrow and loving it!! DG I have a hate/love relationship with the H too! He’s such a jerk! Lol

Tessa March 10, 2016 at 9:22 PM

I have the same first line as MichelleS. It’s a much faster read than MIF was, but I knew it would be. I actually wish there was more Mercy to read. :) Michelle, I have fighting SIlence, but I’ll move it up in my TBR.

*makes reading order list for herself*
Finish Fire Touched
Glass of Swords
Strangers in Death
Mark of Athena
Fighting Silence

*grins* Mini TBR lists are needed some days.

DG March 10, 2016 at 9:28 PM

Sparrow! Definitely one of my FAV mobbish reads! The H was one of the biggest jerks….EVER. But, man did I fall for him….HOT jerk, strong h, some snarky back n forth, hidden agendas, and a little bit of crazy on the side! Yep! Got to say I loved it! *looking in cabinets for some sugary crap*

DG March 10, 2016 at 9:31 PM

Anne – I hated the jerk but then the clouds parted, a ray of sunlight shone down on his dark, hairy self and I fell… *harps playing as I roll around on floor*

Maryse March 10, 2016 at 9:33 PM

Okay Sparrow has to be next for me!!!

Tessa March 10, 2016 at 9:43 PM

Sparrow has a jerk? 0.0 *one click*

Fabi March 10, 2016 at 9:53 PM

OMG!!! Beyond the Sea by Keira Andrews is out early! I’d heard it was going to publish March 15th, but it looks live on Amazon now. THIS is a FANTASTIC book. 5 stars, hands down

DG March 10, 2016 at 9:54 PM

Tessa, not just a jerk but a BIG jerk!

Michelle March 10, 2016 at 9:55 PM

*happy sigh* MiF was an amazing addition to the series but sad it’s over now

DG March 10, 2016 at 10:00 PM

Maryse – Sparrow is definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me! *closes one eye hoping that emoticon actually shows*

Lisa M March 10, 2016 at 10:10 PM

Yeah Maryse!! You are going to love Sparrow!!! Another mob series that I LOVED was Bound by Honour by Cora Reilly. Alpha big jerks & most important hot hot hot!!

Tessa March 10, 2016 at 10:39 PM

Into the Light by Althea Romig is up for pre-order. It’ll come out 6/14. DG, that sounds perfect. Mafia, jerk, *grins* kidnapping.

Cheryl March 10, 2016 at 11:08 PM

Or maybe I’ll start Sparrow…

Cheryl March 10, 2016 at 11:31 PM

Or maybe Rock…I should just go to sleep and decide in the morning.

Jennifer March 11, 2016 at 12:00 AM

Fabi I’ll look for Beyond the Sea…I’ve been following your review on Goodreads….

Lisa March 11, 2016 at 1:51 AM

Cheryl I just read Sticks and loved it….doofus manwhore H and strong mouthy h….you’ll love them both. H reminded me of Griffin (Thoughtless, Untamed).

Lisa March 11, 2016 at 2:01 AM

You do not want to know my First Line Friday….I’m reading text book for my Uni workshop *snore* about global health… saucy sex scenrs here!!

So here’s a quote instead….

‘I am a reading
Not because I don’t have a life
But because I choose to have many.’

Lisa March 11, 2016 at 4:49 AM

Damn…lets try that again without autocorrects assistance:

I am a reader
Not because I don’t have a life
But because I choose
To have many.

Cheryl March 11, 2016 at 7:09 AM

Lisa, thanks that helps me decide. Great quote too. :)

Fabi March 11, 2016 at 9:07 AM

Weeellll, Honesty didn’t work for me. *snort* seriously, no pun intended there. I just got Lingus on loan so I’m going to jump into that one instead of Zapata’s newest one.

Jennifer, yes! Read Beyond the Sea. Soooo good.

Tessa, I see you’ve been making those mini lists like I do. I always seem to have a few lined up as next. —then— I squirrel. :-/

Ela March 11, 2016 at 10:36 AM

I started End of Day by Jewel E. Ann, heard great things about the series! LOVED LOVED LOVED Sparrow! Now I found another 2 Mafia series to add to my TBR, Mobster’s Girl and Crow, of which both books are free….can’t go wrong with free Mafia hot stuff!

Maryse March 11, 2016 at 10:40 AM

Tessa and Fabi, just like me…

I’m trying to decide between Sparrow, and Crossing the Stars, and Cruel and Beautiful, and NONE of them were even on my radar last week. I DO have a TBR list, but you know me. ;)

Maryse March 11, 2016 at 10:42 AM

Great quote Lisa!! :D Your first attempt made me snort.

Ela March 11, 2016 at 10:49 AM

MichelleS March 11, 2016 at 11:29 AM

Fabi – Beyond the Sea – sounds like On The Island, but m/m? That does sound good!!!! Crap on a cracker – need to add that one now too.

My “mini TBR”, Tessa is:

Finish Fire Touched
Finish Queen of Shadows (which I put down to start Mercy)
Marked in Flesh (on loan from library, I’m 4th on hold, so who knows when that will come in)
Finish measure of Devotion series

Just not enough time in the day. Getting antsy. When this happens, I get away from my list and dive into something new that is probably not as good as what is on my TBR list.

Tessa March 11, 2016 at 11:47 AM

One more to add, Sparrow. It’s KU, but the love it’s getting and being 99 cents, I just bought it. Also, I’ve got my max checked out for KU. *begins blushing* Hello, my name is Tessa and I’m a book boarder.

Fabi March 11, 2016 at 12:19 PM

omg!!! MichelleS you started reading Measure of Devotion? *hugs* Ugh, the ending, the ending…that one just did me in.

Yes! Beyond the Sea has elements like On the Island. A huge age difference, dependence on each other for survival, the falling away of society’s stigmas, a very slow, gradual and naturally developing love.

I want to read Mack so bad! Why haven’t I started it yet?

I’m trying to hold off on MiF until I get to it on audible but my nails are not surviving my impatience.

Lisa M March 11, 2016 at 4:09 PM

Thanks Ela I just added those books to my list!! Lisa, I love your quote!!! I’m re-reading Little Black Book so I can read Little Black Break!!!
