1-I am wanting a book so bad that is not out yet; The Executive K.I. Lynn *stomps foot and pouts*
2-Currently reading Colleen Hoover’s “Maybe Now” and so far not sure how I feel about it. I am 60% in.
3-OMG I just found out I can make hard boiled eggs in 5 minutes in the Insta-Pot and they come out perfectly with the shell basically just sliding off and you don’t lose like half your egg trying to get the shell off. This just sold me and I am ordering one. I hard boil about a dozen of eggs weekly-for egg salad, devil eggs, spinach salad or just to eat as a snack with a little salt and pepper. This makes my life so much simpler. How did I not know this.

Okay, so you guys know how I occasionally get squirted (or sometimes sprayed) with blood at work. Welllllll, the other day a man came in and was acting SO FREAKING DRAMATIC! Not nervous, which I completely understand, but dramatic. When I inserted the needle into his holy-moly-huge vein, the guy whimpered and jerked his freaking arm away…resulting in HIM getting sprayed with blood. I’m not bad at what I do, and people often tell me they barely felt the stick, so I know it couldn’t have been that bad. After my lecture and walking around with blood all over him, hopefully next time (if there is a next time) he’ll man up and hold still. 😛

Ohh, this is my first three things!!
1. It is currently 24 degrees and everything is covered in snow. It’s pretty but also miserable lol!
2. I’m currently reading my first Pepper Winters book called Ruin and Rule. I’m about halfway through and kind of loving it.
3. I got a new planner and it’s so fun. I went with the Happy Planner. It’s so cute and perfect for what I needed.
Maryse, where are you in Florida? I’m just outside of Tampa! I’m cold today! lol
Nothing really interests me up there at the moment. Reading the Great Alone for a book club and while good, kinda not really into either. Hoping it picks up with something soon.
1. I made the pesto chicken the other night and threw a spaghetti squash in the oven an hour before cooking ended, then mixed in the squash and cheeses. It was delish! I halved the cheese though, and next time I’d cut the butter. With the oil from the pesto I don’t think it’s needed. Keto friendly!!
2. My husband told me to go shopping and get my nails done for my trip this weekend and I seriously think I’m too lazy to go. Even though I have absolutely nothing to wear and I’m pretty sure my nails are considered weapons at this point.
3. I drank a Zima last night and let me tell you there is a reason those are extinct.
1. I wish I was there with Janie where it was 24 degrees and snow. Currently, here it’s 57 and bright and sunny. So, for me, it’s already cold, but I want the snow too!
2. Fae? Fae? Ooh, and KU? *clicks first Stariel book*
3. Amy, from the other post, Nicole is in her 30s. My niece is only 6 years younger than me. 🙂 But both are awesome, and nuts.
Three Things…
1) I refuse to look at the thermometer anymore. This morning it was -5 with a -26 wind chill, since then, no more peeks at the weather. Well that’s a lie, when I was in the car, it told me it had warmed up to a balmy 1. FFS.
2) I was off from work today and ran my kids around like a chicken with my head cut off to various and sundry appointments. Ortho and dr’s for 3. Teaching the 16 year old to drive in NY snow. Good times. She was good though, it’s important, she’s gotta learn.
3) Food! I need to look into zoodles. So far so good on the Keto business, other than I’m actually having a hard time hitting my calories and fat for the day… recipes. Hit me with them. Although, I have to throw in that I’m allergic to seafood and don’t do eggs. I know, i’m so complicated.
For anyone who loves reverse harem romance, Variant Lost by Kaydence Snow is a new series that though the beginning is a little slow, it was one of the best I’ve read.

Grey! Make an avocado a daily snack (or integrate it in a meal) if you can stand it.
I LOVE them, and they are almost 300 calories (the Hass avocados) and the PERFECT fat, plus also all sorts of other good healthy things in it.
Reading My Torin- trying to anyway. So far so goood. J is driving me crazy though. He’s been so clingy for the past month, where I can’t leave the room without whining, crying and eventually hanging on my legs until I pick him up. Then it was I couldn’t even walk across the room and now I can’t even sit without him standing and whining and crying on me until I pick him up. And to top all that wonderful behavior off, he’s been sick all weekend and so it’s extra. And yes, I feel terrible, but my gosh. Its like this even in bed. I cosleep- and he’s on me all night whining and tossing and turning. I need space so badly. And no one can ever watch him to give me space Bc he won’t eat. 4 more months is a constant chant in my head. That’s when I don’t have to do bottles anymore, but I swear, this challenging boy will be just as much a pain with big ppl food. Here’s to hoping I won’t stress as much. Sorry for the rant!

Yep, definitely teething on top of this cold, I think it is. I’m not sure if he has a sore throat or just mucous in his chest (yucky cough). He’s 8 months and just got his 1st tooth a few weeks ago. The other 2 have had a cough so I assume it’s that. It’s been a super snotty month for everyone.
I can’t wait to get my hands on several of these!! Oh, and PJs & a book for me, too!!
