Good morning everyone!! It’s Monday again and in case you missed the news yesterday, three books by three popular authors went live early! And then I found us more (and I will notice to add to this list as the day goes on).
Let’s play three things!
1.) I took a quick break yesterday and went to see “Peppermint” in the movie theater. I thought it was pretty great (and would have made an AWESOME book). I love vigilante stories, so I’m wondering if there was a book before the movie.
2.) I saw an author on my Facebook feed talk about the Ardell magnetic lashes and how much she loves them (photos and all), and I was convinced! So I bought a set and they work awesome. The trick really is to cut up the “bottom” strip into sections, to make them easier to put on (it’s a “Youtube hack” many of the reviews say to look at first). I actually took a set and cut ALL the lashes into sections so I can have a more subtle lash effect, when I don’t want to wear the whole strip. Just a few pieces.
3.) It’s time for coffee!!! I need coffeeeeeee. LOL!!!

Good morning! I’m sitting outside in the wonderful cool weather, drinking my pumpkin spice coffee!
Maryse–thank you for mentioning that about those lashes. I almost bought some of those after my hair started growing back and when I saw the crappy reviews, I gave it up.
Three things:
1) Kentucky beat Florida for the first time in 32 years this weekend! Go Cats!
2) I’m not very far into Binding 13, but I’m bored. I really don’t enjoy reading about young-ish teenagers. I’m not giving up though–too many people love it.
3) We had to turn on our HEAT last night! Yay! Fall’s coming!!!
LOL Leslie!! I know how you feel… by #3 I was only coffee-focused. 😉

1. Listening to Jeff Buckley ‘s Lover, You Should of Come Over.
2. Ran out of time to make coffee. Hopefully time to buy. *fingers crossed*
3. I read a sort of spoiler on a drama I’m looking forward to. Not something I’m usually concerned about but this is a psychological one. It is an adaptation of a Japanese film. I wanted to go in completely blind. But, it was a little vague so maybe I’m reading it wrong??
1. I’m not awake either and I’m out of creamer so only milk and Splenda in my coffee.
2. Binding 13 is truly tempting me right now.
3. All the city offices around here are closed today for Administration Day.
Okay and for the happy news. I read Kneel and Beg by Eden Butler over the weekend and OMG, It was SOOOO good. The first book was better than the second but not by much. The second was his POV. All sorts of angst and drama. Soooooo good.
1. I’m back from my little Mini Vacation/Girls Trip…it was super fun!
2. I’m at work – but I want to be at home reading because I didn’t really get to read very much on my trip (sadly).
3. It’s cooler here today too – – only 79 which I’ll take over the mid 90’s any day!!
Michele G 79 sounds like HEAVEN!!!!!
1. I lost my voice watching football yesterday.
2. I agreed to drink a mini-bottle of Fireball every time the Browns scored because they never score. I was out cold by 4pm.

It was a friend’s birthday so we’d started the day with champagne…then moved on to Corona. By the time I so brilliantly accepted the FB challenge, I was past the point of anything great. Though I do remember a lot of chest bumping.
1- I’m going to see Peppermint tomorrow. Glad it was good Maryse. I love Jennifer Garner ever since her Alias days.
2- I’m really loving The Edge series by C D Reiss. It was totally different than what I expected…in a good way.
3- I’m getting ready for my 2 months in Maryland. I’m going to visit my husband who works there, my daughter and son. Can’t wait for retirement then we won’t have such a big commute to see each other.
Robyn this is Jennifer Garner “Alias-bad-ass” times a million. On steroids. 😉

I LOVED Fireball. I love cinnamon a lot, except as a flavor in coffee. At my nieces bridal, I kinda got drunk on that… well. That and a hard cider, and some other stuff that was bought and yummy.
Did you guys used to drink Goldschlager? Ugh! I remember that one.

Yum Fireball! My favorite is Fireball and RumChata. It tastes like cinnamon French toast. I’ve also been known to have fireball and hard cider.
Warm apple cider with a little fireball is good too.
