HAPPY MONDAY!!! Here are a few new books (early!) to hold us over until tomorrow (and OMG tomorrow is going to be a BIG release day). Quite a few of my favorite authors will be on there!! Kristen Ashley, Meghan March, Sarah J. Maas, Rachel Higginson, and more. π I’ll be adding more throughout the day as they become available.

I can’t wait to start working on tomorrow’s big new release list. I wonder who else I’m going to discover (I love book-treasures!!). P.S. Speaking of which, I read one this weekend, that’s coming out in a couple of weeks by Devney Perry (Tragic (Lark Cove Book 3) and it was really good!! AND it had a huge “OH NO HE DIDN’T MOMENT” that had me feeling all sorts of fury! Review coming soon.- I had “Egg Foo Young” yesterday for the first time (it’s Keto if you don’t have the sauce that comes with it) and OMG IT WAS DELICIOUS and so fully loaded in meat and veggies. I felt like I had died and gone to Heaven. It’s so fun, the things you discover when you can’t go for your old standbys. I’ve been missing out!
- My new favorite coffee isΒ Lavazza Classico Ground Coffee Blend, Medium Roast. WOW!!! It is …. well I dunno. I’m not a coffee connoisseur or nothing, so describing it is hard but it’s just so yummy!! Rich and full, and with half and half, and myΒ Swerve Sweetener (it’s an Erythritol sugar substitute) it is the best way to wake up! In fact, I hear my coffee maker beeping at me now. COFFEE’S ON!! π

Oh and three things….
1-I don’t normally watch TV as in the spare time that I do have I rather read…but my hubs asked me to watch “The Haunting of House Hill” on Netflix and holy hell it is scaring the bejesus out of me but I can’t stop watching.
2-I made chicken noodle casserole yesterday and cheated as I bought rotisserie chickens at the store and it was so much better as I normally cook boneless chicken breast and cut them up in it.
3-Gave one of my furbabies a bath yesterday…I can only do Mia as Sadie takes both me and my hubs and getting him to do anything…well let’s just say it’s a struggle and I absolutely refuse to take them anywhere to have it done so hopefully tonight I can get him to help.
Oh and The Haunting of Hill House is phenomenal. I’m only on episode 5 right now ’cause I mostly read, but I will be catching up tonight as I put together our new release list. :D!!!
Maryse-Yes absolutely will BR with you π and we only watched episode 1 and 2 last night. We are going to try to fit in two more tonight. It’s crazy I only will watch it when it’s dark outside; so yes apparently I like to be scared to death watching TV shows and have my heart ripped out in books.:-)
1. I made fried cauliflower “rice” this weekend and it’s my new obsession! Maryse have you done this yet? I’m really thinking roasted sesame seeds are the key to greatness!!

R absolutely YES!! I LOVE it. I use it as a base for so many meat/gravy meals and it works!!! A good thing I love cauliflower anyway, but this is perfect. Absorbs soy sauce really well, too!
Yes! I do too and I’m good with the cauliflower taste most of the time, but the soy sauce really makes it taste more like rice! And it isn’t mushy like I expected it would be! Try the sesame seeds if you haven’t yet. I toss them in when I’m scrambling the egg, after the egg has some shape so I can toast the seeds on the side.
1. I love Levon Helm’s voice. Just love it.
2. 27% into Dark Desires. It’s ok but wish it was more gothic.
3. Been thinking of closing my GR account. I’m never on it anymore.

Also, I used to refuse to bring my dogs anywhere for grooming (Bc they didnβt need cuts and it felt like a waste of $$). But, they do nails and anal glands and mine actually needs his expressed or we have problems and pay even more $$. And, bonus, no extra cleaning after. π

4. I want to watch Hill House. And finish Tru Blood (Iβm only at the beginning of season 3). But thereβs no time to be had over here. Boo!! Also, my Mommaβs treating me to a day of a housekeeper Bc I donβt even have time for that.
1. GR works for me because I’ll have read something and then wonder if I should buy it because I the cover has changed. It happened to me all the time before GR. *shrugs*
2. How am I supposed to deal with a chocolate craving when I can’t have chocolate. The sugar-free stuff isn’t working to get rid of it. So… I ate some of little dude’s ice cream, Moose Tracks. lol
3. All my games are now celebrating Halloween! YAY!
Maryse, does Swerve taste better than Truvia? Truvia isn’t exactly the best flavor. It’s not bad like equal or sweet-n-low in flavor, but truthfully, Splenda tastes better.

2. I am still decorating for fall but really wish I was putting up my tree….
3. In disbelief that Jenn has not read any K.A. books! Like wow! I think Motorcycle Man was my first but I love Sweet Dreams too! Tate has it going on….but Tack is nothing to sneeze at either…

I love those! The winter Stars Hollow would be pretty in my bedroom. I have no room for more on my walls. But, how cool! And the Seabrook, very cool. How awesome would it be it there was one of the Night Court? Or, hmm…like, βstay gold, pony boyβ- the scene for that. Haha

But I really DO like keeping track of the books Iβve read, since my Kindle app is linked to GR and updates what Iβm reading/have finished, and sometimes I actually forget Iβve read a book until I look it up on GR. *shrug* I dunno, weβll see…
