You know I’m squeeling over the new Fever book, but while I was putting it in my pre-order list, I saw Archangel’s Heart (A Guild Hunter Novel) by Nalini Singh was up for pre-order too. I must admit, that made me squee much louder. So many good books. *sighs*

Sharon April 24, 2016 at 3:54 PM

Maryse April 24, 2016 at 9:34 PM

Yeah she might as well have called it “A book written for Amy’s book-needs”

Amy April 24, 2016 at 9:42 PM

Ummm, you mean MARMY’s book needs??

*waggles finger at Maryse*

Don’t you pretend you don’t have those needs. :P

bev April 24, 2016 at 10:53 PM

Marmy? Like Little Women?

Cheryl April 25, 2016 at 6:02 AM

Is that a blend of Maryse and Amy? A portmanteau words?

Cheryl April 25, 2016 at 6:12 AM

Amy, did you finish When I Lost You?

Maryse April 25, 2016 at 7:13 AM

Yep Cheryl… it’s our “Brangelina”

Was it Tessa that dubbed us that?

Ela April 25, 2016 at 9:15 AM

Cheryl April 25, 2016 at 12:06 PM

Ela, you can buddy read NOLA with Amy and me. :)

Maryse April 25, 2016 at 12:11 PM

Ela… I went through 4 different books this weekend (actually the whole week) starting and stopping but I just fell on “Dangerous Girls” (one from my Psych Thriller TBR list) and OMG I am SO 5-STARRING this book!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here’s my review:

Ela April 25, 2016 at 1:45 PM

Cheryl – NOLA?

Maryse – Great review but I’m not sure I would be able to handle THIS thriller? Are there any horrific parts?

Maryse April 25, 2016 at 2:28 PM

Nope. Well yes, but not a horror-type thing, I mean yes she’s murdered but we aren’t taken through the “murder” moment.

The rest… WOW!!!!

Amy April 25, 2016 at 5:27 PM

Cheryl…answered you in the other post (Friday’s post). ;)

Well dang, Maryse…here I was all set to read When I Lost You or Pieces of Sunmer and then you dangled that one right in front of me… :?

Anne April 25, 2016 at 7:29 PM

Just one clicked Pieces of Summer. Love angsty books and this one sounds amazing!

Cheryl April 25, 2016 at 7:34 PM

Ela, it’s Over the Hills and Far Away NOLA’s Own Series by Kelli Jean, there are 3 books. Tessa rec’d it in a previous post. Although it seems it did not score very high on Amy’s angst meter. ;) As a previous cardiac nurse, I LOVED the cover.

Amy April 25, 2016 at 8:01 PM

Hey, a couple of deals for you guys! I’ll put up a list here shortly of others but until then:

NOS4A2 by Joe Hill (of Heart-Shaped Box…creeeeeepy!) is 1.99

The Selection by Kiera Cass is 1.99…I loved that series!!! Such a great YA dystopian story. :D

Grey April 25, 2016 at 8:24 PM
