Oh sheeesh!! In my attempt at getting back to my daily routine now that “The Holidays are Oveeeeerrrr” (btw – that was me mimicking my husband’s despondant whining over the weekend – he’s just like a kid waiting for Christmas all year), I totally missed a VERY important book post. See, I’m still trying to get my bearings, because THAT post is a part of my routine.
But it’s just a day or so old, so we’re still good, right? 😉

Iron Kissed (Mercy Thompson) is old. It’s book 3. Glad I read the reviews before I clicked buy!
Yep, but it looks like this is a new edition Hard Cover – release of sorts. Maybe for collectors? I think they’re planning to do that for all of the old BDB books too (rerelease them in hardcover for us die hards).
I just started the mercy thonpson novels…i know its late but is it apretty good series? also i was thinking about reading the black dagger brother hood series by J.R. Ward. has anyone else read that series? really looking forward to hear from you. “IM REALLY HAPPY I FOND THIS SIGHT PEOPLE WHO UNDERSTAND MY LOVE FOR THESE BOOKS”
The Mercy series is a great series, but pales in comparison the Black Dagger. If you like hot Alpha men (OK, not really men, but men+!) you MUST read Black Dagger.
As far as paranormal series go, black dagger is #2 on my list, with Jeaniene Frost’s Night Huntress in first. Read in order. I’m sure Maryse has the reading order on this site.
Hi Ivesha!
I haven’t read The Mercy Thhompson series as of yet, but I agree with Ivie. Blach Dagger Brotherhood is AMAZING!!! Easily re-readable over and over again.
Here are both of Ivie’s recommendations (on my top ten vampire series):
