Hi all! Here is the latest list of goodies about the HBO Hit Series “True Blood”.
- Bob Dylan’s latest song (entitled “Beyond Here Lies Nothin”) that is used in the latest True Blood promo (very sexy) as shown on film.com.
- The first episode of the season will air June 14th 2009 at 9pm ET and is entitled “Nothing but the Blood”
- About.com has an interesting interview with Carrie Preston (she plays “Arlene” on the True Blood HBO series). She mentions how the show did take a few liberties from how the actual book is played out in season two. She discusses her character Arlene (and how she is in costume when she plays that role (fake hair, nails, tan and crazy makeup). She mentions how in real life, many of the actors have accents from where they are actually from, but it comes together real well with the southern drawl in the show. Lots of good stuff here!
- On New York Posts “PopWrap”, they have a sneak peak at the “True Blood Season One Extras” that will be on the DVD (and will be available May 19th)
