- A new cast member has been added to season 2. The nerdy/geeky head vampire of Dallas, “Stan”, will be played by Ed Quinn (he used to be on the show “Eureka”). Wow! He’s kinda handsome to be playing a nerd, but I’m anxious to see what they come up with. Come to think of it, Sookie did make a comment in the book, something along the lines of how underneath his nerdiness, he definitely had potential, and she deduced that it was probably a disguise of sorts. If I recall correctly, “Pam” also found him to her liking (she likes the geeks)…so I say good choice!
