She asks:
Need help figuring out name of a book please.
There is a book I read a few years ago and I’m trying to figure out the name!
It’s about a woman, who is an author. She moves to Paris (if i remember correctly, she left her husband behind?)
She meets a guy at an outdoor cafe and they started dating. I think he was some sort of FBI or something (she didn’t know this at the time.)

I know it’s not the one (cos you’ve already found it LOL) but it reminds me of another book i really liked – Rooted by Susan Fanetti. A couple meets in a cafe in Paris, but in this one, he’s the writer, not her. He’s a widow and a successful writer. They are a more mature aged couple (which I like). They have a mad summer fling in Paris, but when they go home to US, they have to deal with how things are different. It’s a lovely book.
