Nada is looking for this book! Hrmmm… interesting!! I know of a few “ballerina” heroine books that had a dark romance feel (I’m thinking of Skye Warren maybe?) but hopefully someone knows for sure!

Hi Maryse,
I’m going crazy trying to find a book I read. I don’t remember the title.
What I do remember is the main female character is a ballerina who witnesses a murder in a garage after rehearsal or a show. I think she gets abducted right away and forced to stay with the main Male character.
She dances for a bit longer but then falls and gets injured during a performance or rehearsal and later it turns out her partner deliberately dropped her and the main Male character hurts him in revenge.
I’m sorry I only remember bits and pieces but would appreciate any help.

Diane: It might be The Wolf and The Sheep by Penelope Sky. The h is dropped by her dance partner but I don’t think it’s because she’s a witness to a crime. She gets married to a mafia guy because her dad is dying and he’s in debt and afraid his enemies will come after her when he’s gone. I think her dance partner drops her because he’s jealous that she’s a better dance.

They found it. It is Tempted by Deception by Rina Kent. I thought it wasn’t but I had only looked up the first book in the trilogy and turns out it was the second book!Thank you for your help.
