Theresa: It is In Flight (Up in the Air Book 1) by RK Lilley….the first book in the series… The fashion piece is not fitting with In Flight…but the watch, dress, and model all do…ahhh this is driving me CRAZY…there is another book niggling at my mind but I can not think of the name!

Is it Meredith Wild’s Hacker series? It’s been a while since I’ve read the first book to remember all the details but the billionaire/working girl in fashion, Boston, “other woman” thing fits.
