I’m going to guess Tina Reber’s Love Unrehearsed: The Love Series, Book 2. 🙂 Ohhhh the angst in this duet was OFF THE CHARTS… and yet the ultimate fantasy too.
Though this one was from 2012, so it just may be another book altogether? Like maybe even (though pregnancy details elude me) Alice Clayton’s “The Redhead” series.
She asks:

The book is about a famous actor that falls for a “regular” girl. His manager is a jerk and tries to sabotage the relationship.
She is pregnant and has to leave his movie debut because she might be miscarrying. He doesn’t seem to notice she left for a while.
That is about all I can remember.
I believe I read this story a little over 5 years ago.
Anyone agree or have a different guess?
