Reader Question – The book about the girl that was forced to work as a maid for his family and he made her life terrible…

Asha left this question in our “Bully” romance list (so I’m thinking this is a “bully” book that she’s looking for) and needs our help.

She asks:

Can someone help me find a book? I read it a while ago but can’t remember the title or characters.

But I remember that the girl who was sweet was forced to live in the mansion of the guy in high school as a maid, he has a jerk for a father. He was also kind of responsible for his fathers death.

The guy really looked down on the girl but was attracted to her but didn’t want to admit it or do anything about it. He would make her life terrible.

Many years later they left the town and high school.

He became a hot shot businessman or something and she applied for a job and they meet again.

Can someone please help?
