Cynthia is looking for this one! OHHHHHHH this one rings a bell!!! I must have read this… especially because of that one explicit detail that she mentions about his “wolf”. It almost sounds like a Sherrilyn Kenyon book.

The book is set in a time where humans rule. All the other supernatural beings are below them.

This dangerous looking werewolf saved her. I don’t remember if he bought her or “kidnaps” her.
The distinct thing about this book is Wolf. His “wolf” was on his back or something like that and could come out of him without him having to shift forms.
There’s a part in the book where he is in another room and she was having a conversation with the wolf.

I read this book between 2011 and 2016. The book is set in a time when humans rule everything. I think they are either enslaving or killing all the supernatural beings.
The story starts with this young woman (late teens or early twenties) I’m pretty sure she is a vampire with golden hair. From across the room she sees this werewolf who I believe was there looking for someone at the auction. He saves her by either buying her or kidnapping her.
The distinct thing about the book was his wolf. He didn’t have to shift forms. His wolf was either on his back or would come out of his back.
I remember one scene from the book. They’re in his apartment and he goes to shower and she has a conversation with a wolf.

Maryse: I remember a book that was kind of like this, but it was a demon that came out of him from a tattoo… For the life of me, I can’t remember. Was it a Sherrilyn Kenyon Dark-Hunters book? Midnight Breed book? Rhage’s book (Lover Eternal) from the Black Dagger Brotherhood? Definitely not a wolf, but a HUGE monster-type thing that was gigantic. Hopefully we can get some bites. <— See what I did there? LOL!
