Hi there!

I’m searching for a shapeshifter book I read long ago, and for some reason, I’ve been wanting to re read it again. I only remember how it begins, but don’t recall any names.

Here goes:

It starts off in a martial arts class of some kind. The characters are wolf and mate when blood is exchanged. Somehow the female cuts or scratches the male and their blood is exchanged and they become mated. Only the female is aware it happens and then she runs away to keep this secret.

Fast forward to present time and they are both in law enforcement and cross paths again and the pull between tee two is strong because they are mated.

That’s as much as I can remember. I know it’s the first book in a series of 5 or 6 books, but I can’t remember a single title or author. Can you please help me? Thanks!

I found this gem on nook for free years ago. It’s one of the first shapeshifter books I ever read.
