Reader Question – The book about the unreliable narrator who frames her husband into looking like an alcoholic…

Stacey needs our book help! Oooooooooh psych-thriller/domestic thriller? OH I LOVE THESE!! Unreliable narrators are so exciting. Tarryn Fisher is the queen of those. 😉 But I don’t think this is one of hers.

She asks:

I’m trying to remember the name of a book I read a couple years ago.

Unreliable narrator who frames husband (possibly military?) into looking like an alcoholic and her friend/neighbor (can’t remember which) ends up shooting him.

But, she’s actually cray cray and in the end kills her friend.

I remember one distinct scene towards the end where she holds her face under the water and it’s almost like her personality splits.

Any ideas?!?!
