Mona needs our book help! Oooooooh this one sounds like it could be a super-sticky situation. π Eeeeeep! One that comes to my head is one where both shifters were brothers (maybe even twins), and that one had so much steam and tension it was off the charts! I’ll post my “guess” below though I’m pretty sure it’s not the right one.
She asks:
Does anyone remember a book about wolf shifters where the Alpha and Beta both mated with the same female?
I remember something about the Alpha being in the same room and kept growling so the Beta asked him if he was okay or needed to leave, or something like that.
It seems like a member of her pack had killed her father so she ran away to another pack (but that could be a detail from another book).
I also believe it was KU since I canβt find it in my library. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!Β Unfortunately, because I read an average of five books a week, I can never remember how long ago it was or a lot of detail.
Thank you!Β I really love your blog and FB posts!Β You have helped me find so many great books and authorsβyes, you help feed my reading addiction! π€£
Anyone have a guess?
Maryse: I’m going to guess (and this a long shot) but could it be Karin Tabke’s Blood Law?
Mona: Thank you Maryse, but no, thatβs not it. They were not brothers. It wasnβt a mΓ©nage type relationship just both mated with her. It seems like there was something about them both mating with her for survival of the pack, in case the Alpha or Beta was killed.
Kelly: Was it a series?
Mona: I donβt remember it being a series, but obviously Iβm not remembering a lot.
Bianca: Is it Scared of Spiders by Eve Langlais?
Mona: thank you for the suggestion, thatβs not it, but it sounds like a good book!
Shaleen: This sounds like Alexa Rileyβs fairytale shifters series but I donβt think both the alpha and beta mated with the female.
Mona: Thank you for the suggestion. Itβs not it but Iβm happy to learn of another series to read!
Kathy: Is it Lauren Daneβs Cascadia Wolves Series? The first book is Reluctant Mate.
Mona: Thank you for the suggestion. The one Iβm thinking of didnβt have a humorous feel to it, but now I want to read this series!
Maryse: Here’s a similar reader question from not that long ago that hasn’t been solved yet either. I wonder if these are both in regards to the same book? Reader Question β The book about her alpha protector that doesnβt like her & rejects her during a mating ceremonyβ¦
Mona: I loved this question and response! I had never heard of Clayton before and couldnβt put it down! There is just something about books that make me cry that make them unforgettable!
Bettina: Is it Shaw Hartβs Protecting Our Mate?

I am trying to find a book I read a long time ago. I just remember it was a mafia man who answered the door and thought the girl was his paid escort and she was not.
I love your blog. Thanks
Hi Ann!
I’ll post your question right now on a different blog post. π Let’s see what we can find for you.

There is a book on the Kiss app called Mated to the Alpha and His Beta by Anne Marquis. I am also trying to find this on any other platform, as it seems it wasn’t completed. The females are paired by their council to pairs or male wolves. The Alpha and his Beta get paired with a female they didn’t want. It’s a really great story, and I would love to find it if it’s finoshed somewhere
