It’s about a girl who starts seeing a married older man after her best friend starts dating and eventually marries the guy she likes. I think she may have set them up because she didn’t want to fall in love. At one point she goes on a weekend trip with her “boyfriend” and his family pretending to be his assistant.

Tania: The search is over! Su, it is The True Diary of That Girl. I looked it up and J.S. Cooper was publishing the sequel on her blog. She took it down because she was receiving too many rude comments. I am so bummed because after finally finding the book, I find out I will never get to finish the story.
